This specific Wendy’s is truly the worst establishment I have ever try to frequent in my life. As a former restaurant manager of Wendy’s in Columbus Ohio which is the home of Wendy‘s where the main corporate office is I have never been so disappointed in the company. I have dealt with the CFL with the VPs of Wendy is coming into my store when I was a restaurant manager and the pride they take in their job is serious. The fact that this restaurant is making a mockery of that is disgusting. This is the third time within four months that my order has been messed up and that’s how many times I have gone to this Wendy’s. When I have reached out to this restaurant specifically they are nothing but rude disrespectful and just dismissive. Dave Thomas would fully be rolling in his grave to see how these employees are treating customers and disrespecting his brand I have never been more disappointed of being a former member of a company that I am today honestly this restaurant is a disgrace to the Wendy’s name
