I've been living in California the past 6 years, and this was my first Whataburger experience since before then/COVID. Wow was the food good. Way better than I remembered. Also the staff was friendly and attentive, and the place itself was new and clean.

I went to the Whataburger on I-35 North in Temple Texas and this was the second time I have been there it reminded me of the old mom and pop restaurants where you go in and every one is nice and friendly
The food was really good I had a #2 with cheese and large fries and Dr Pepper I didn't have to wait long they have the perfect size staff so that no one has to wait long
Overall I enjoyed the whole experience I went in with no expression and came out with...

I guess I expected more because of all I had heard from other reviews and from movies about how great these burgers are, and it may not be a terrible burger, but definitely not as great as made out to be. I guess I just had really high expectations, but to me, the burger was just ok.
