Online order. Arrived at pick up time. Girl at desk did not check on status. Waited 15 minutes. Asked again and still did not check status. Asked another girl who found on bottom shelf of fries. Asked about freshness. Manager said he just made. I asked why in bottom shelf after I asked 15 minutes prior. Asked to speak with Manager who shook his head and refused to remake. Won't be back. Others have better service. Poor place Nicole.
The whataburger in temple by Baylor Scott and white hospital is great service great fresh food clean restrooms excellent job management keep it up great job I'm a hotshot driver and I've seen the best and the worst in restaurants this whataburger top 3 I've been too

I usually only order a Cobb salad from here and now the iced coffee. My order had some mistakes, which is normal. However, I must say that the customer service here is really exceptional. Antony had great customer service as well as the young man taking the orders. This type of service is what makes for a well run establishment.
