Today is 7/30/2025 I called in an order the 3 piece tender combo they said 15 minutes I left the hospital. They was still making the order when I got there I waited 25-30 minutes before I got my order and the fries was cold. I called up to the store because I had already pulled up at the hospital the girl on the phone said it probably got cold while they was waiting on the chicken (that wasn’t hot either) she said she was going to get the manager so I could speak to him. When the manager got on the phone he said he couldn’t talk.. if he was going to do that he shouldn’t have even came to the phone. He didn’t take my complaint problem was not resolved to me it was rude to even come to the phone he could’ve told her to relay that message.

This place sucks. I haven’t been here in 8 months because the last time the sorry excuse for a manager kept telling me she didn’t believe me that my order was wrong. Then how do $40 worth of wings out of a $80 order disappear when I grab the bag ?? Then I contact corporate to get my refund and never get a response. Tried to give them another shot today and again been waiting over 30 minutes for food that was supposed to be done already. Close this place down because it doesn’t matter how far in advance you order food it’s never gonna be ready when you show up

I like this location better than the others in Bell County. They put the right amount of seasoning on the wings instead of saturating them. They cook the wings well done when requested. The staff is friendly, personable and it’s mostly clean. I wish the soda was more carbonated. The service could be faster. They regularly forget the extra veggie sticks we always pay for so it’s best to check your bag before leaving. The wings are the reason we keep patronizing.

Today is 6/11/2025. I just sat down to have lunch and I am disgusted. The photos should speak for themselves! I asked for Hot Honey and Lemon Pepper WELL DONE! Both flavors are dry rubs, but there is no dry rub to be found. There is however small amounts of mystery sauce in the corners of each container! I’ve never had WET Hot Honey or Lemon Pepper. Even if they were supposed to be wet (which they’re not) the amount of sauce provided is comical in the sense that it isn’t enough to coat the amount of wings in the container. And why would there not be sauce on the wings themselves. They should have been coated in sauce if we were trying new recipes! I wouldn’t feed these wings to a stray dog! They look like a trip to urgent care just waiting to happen. Why are the wings so white? I’ve never seen cooked wings turn out like this especially when they were supposed to be well done! Now I get to work the rest of my 12 hour shift hungry! This is disgustingly unacceptable! I will be bringing them back before my next 12 hour shift later on today!
UPDATE: 6/11/25 I came in to get my order remade with the original order as evidence in hand. Tall Hispanic gentleman at the counter (with short ponytail length hair and glasses) made a piss poor attempt to justify the quality of the food I received. That instantly heightened my level of irritation so I asked for a refund! Upon requesting a refund I was asked for my receipt. I went to my email and produced the receipt for this online order. The man (short black male with maroon durag) suggested it wasn’t sufficient. Turns out he did not know the process for an online order and told me to send a screenshot of my receipt to the General manager! One inconvenience after another. This has been an utterly ridiculous experience from food quality to customer service! The photos of the remake is indicative of what the order should have looked like last night when originally ordered! Please do better with quality and customer service! I won’t be back!

I get wingstop one time for the duration of my son’s yearly hospital stays. We have been here two weeks and I really just wanted some good food. I ordered 20 wings so that I can eat some now and some tomorrow. Half of my wings were mostly hard breading, and then there was some weird plastic piece in my side of flavor dip. Disappointed for sure.

Every time I order from this place I’m always missing 1 or 2 wings please put staff in your kitchen that actually wanna work !!! Everytime I order seasoned fries I get plain fries and my fries are always cold ! my last time ordering from this store for sure I’ll be at Buffalo Wild Wings the managers should train better instead of letting people listen to AirPods all day long and smoke cigarettes out back

Don't let anyone touch your food without the Ricky approval! That man can make you regain faith in the temple Wingstop! This store has had its battles for sure! And the food is ALWAYS a hit or miss! But when Ricky is cooking ... It's always a good bite! Don't ever expect the time the app tells you! These people are swamped and not always a team, but they sure seem to be working on it! Well some of them anyways. Don't get your hopes always high for them, but definitely give them a go again if you stopped going. And I'll say it again, cooperate needs to give temple the same fat wings that waco gets!! I'm tired of driving to Waco for wings when y'all are right here. Get it together! Thanks temple Wingstop for always willing to right the wrongs that happen in every place you go. I see y'all improving, keep on keeping on! See you soon

I’ve been to a lot of Wingstops (because I’m addicted) and this was easily one of the nicest shifts I’ve encountered. Food was well done, as requested. The did forget my blue cheese but that’s a first world problem.
