I ordered online, it said my order would be ready in 16-25 minutes. I get there to pickup my order and checked in and they said it would be a few more minutes. No problem, people came in and ordered and got their order and I am still waiting. I was asked my name twice and I told them. I step up to the counter to ask about my order and the girl walks off. Finally another girl asked if f I need help, I gave her my name and she checked and my order was ready and setting on a rack. She handed it to me and I had to ask for my drink. I get in my car and the order was cold!!!! Unacceptable!!! Will never go back and I will advise others why!

I went there for a door dash order and they gave it to someone else and when they realized that, they refused to remake it. So, I waited 15 minutes for nothing and the poor customer didn't receive their food.

We’d like to start off by saying Belton Temple is especially a lot better in every category that pertains to this post with that being said temple Wingstop absolutely cancel their online availability for online orders whenever they get busy or during heavy rush hours this was confirmed by the alternative locations around the surrounding area This brings me to my next point customer service is awful trying to place an order with temple is impossible unless you show up and wait in line for what seems to be a disorganized, unprofessional, negative climate, and environment. You will end up waiting for a very long time before you get to even order or let alone see your food , Belton is a lot more reliable source as they have taken the majority load of temples, conduct and failure to accept incoming orders. The customer service was excellent and they are definitely doing their best to get orders in and out fast And efficient. We heavily appreciate belt and Wingstop for picking up the garbage from temple always keep in mind Belton is 100% better than Temple location

I placed an online order and was given a time of 33-38 minutes. I arrived approximately 35 mins after order was placed and gave my name and was told it would be ready shortly. After 1 hr I asked again and was told they were getting orders out as quickly as possible. After 1 hr and 40 mins I showed my order number and was told they couldn’t even find my order, then after going to the back was told it would be ready soon. 1 hr and 50 minutes after order I received a warm incomplete order after 2 hours I received my order that was not hot and a bunch of excuses as to why it was not their fault. I spoke to both managers received no resolution to the issues presented. When we finally got home with $50 worth of soggy barely warm food there was a chicken bone stuck to one of the boneless wings. I will not be returning to the Temple TX location anytime soon.
This was the biggest robbery ever. 14 dollars I’ll never get back. Even the Dr Pepper sucked. The wings tasted like they put them in the oven for 2 minutes at 1000 degrees. I’d rather eat dirt and drink expired milk than go here again. I’m

The WORST wing stop I’ve ever been to. Got my order wrong gave me 8yr old kids super spicy food refused to refund. Offered to make it again when I had to wait over an hour the first time lol. Offered to do a partial credit for next visit. Credit did not show up at next visit. When I asked to speak the manager they said there was nothing they couple do. Seriously. lol. Would not go back to this location EVER. :)

Every single time I order here at night or takes over an hour to get 2 orders of the 3 piece basket and fries. They are always in the back just laughing and playing around and everybody is left waiting to order or waiting on an order that's not even started. They literally take their sweet time. It's very frustrating when u get off late and wanna go home but need to stop to grab a bite to eat that ends up taking almost an hour and a half after it's all said and done. Definitely a one star from me for sure.
