Yummy Crab(Temple)

I've had pretty slow service before. So it just depends on the visit. But this last visit, our server was super sweet and very attentive. Overall, great atmosphere, great food.
Pretty good prices. Great for the family! We love the 2lb shrimp deal for $40!

Love this place. I had the Snow Crab, and my wife had the Dungeness Crab. The table next to us got fried shrimp, and it looked delicious. Crabs snapped and were some of the best I've ever had.
Prices are reasonable, and the service was fantastic.

Amber was our server and she was amazing! Very attentive and sweet! I had the clam chowder and it was okay. I ordered a fried basket with shrimp, catfish and tilapia. The fries and the shrimp were great. The catfish and tilapia were over cooked and dry.

First time eating here. I ordered the calamari for an appetizer, and it was good, I would say about average for calamari for an appetizer. I also ordered boiled shrimp in hot garlic and Cajun. They were big and very good. It comes with a tater and 1 corn. For the entree, I ordered the 2 fish and 5 or 6 shrimp fired. The shrimp were huge, which I liked. They were pretty good. The catfish as well. It was all cooked correctly, and the batter on the fried stuff wasn't too overwhelming. It had a good crunch to it. Teresa was my waitress and she was very polite and on top of things.

The sweet tea is amazing btw.

Amazing service!! Great food and great people managers were both very helpful to me and my husband. We love the food crab was amazing! We left our wallet and came back 30 minutes later not a thing was missing we can not say enough nice things about this restaurant and their employees and staff just amazing people! We will be back!

The name truly says it all! We decided to check out Yummy Crab (Temple) after a long afternoon of shopping since it was so conveniently located. Upon entering my bestie, her son, and I were immediately greeted and welcomed in. They led us to our table straight away and honestly the atmosphere felt more inviting than any other restaurant i've been to in Temple. Really felt like we were family.? Stepping into Yummy Crab felt like being in a coastal town. I loved the decor and it really tied in so well with the theme of the restaurant. Our server was incredibly patient and kind plus informative about the menu/drinks. We had a 5 year old with us so we were able to get his drink/food ordered and it came out so very quick! Great to keep him occupied for a while & he loved the shrimp boil with butter! We ordered a couple drinks for ourselves, I got their new Lemon Drop and my bestie got their Bomb Pop drink. Both were literally so perfect and I was not expecting the Lemon Drop to look so pretty! The Bomp Pop also tasted just like the popsicle. For food, I had a pound of snow crab legs and when I say they were cooked to perfection, I MEAN IT. The crab was sliding perfectly out of the shells!!? I chose to get the seasoning all mixed and medium spice for my boil, which was incredibly tasty. My bestie got butter/lemon pepper and no spice for her Crab and Shrimp boil and loved it! The food was literally so good that we ate until we were full and then kept eating more. Also if you love crispy fries, get the fries! The food, drinks, environment, and service was just way better than I expected. I would 100% come back again and again because it was indeed yummy!!!

My husband and I came for lunch today, I had a lobster tail with corn & potatoes. My husband had crab legs and shrimp. The food was absolutely delicious, we also had crab cakes ? forgot about those. Missy was out waitress, we adore Missy and she took such good care of us. We will be back again. God bless this business.
