This Zaxby’s location in Temple is by far one of the most pleasant dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The restaurant is extremely clean, quiet, and well-maintained — a great place to enjoy a meal. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
Having been in the restaurant industry for many years, I can truly appreciate great service when I see it. A young lady named Princess stood out — she was so helpful, knowledgeable, and even took the time to help me complete my order and earn points through the app. The manager was also very professional and kind, which really made the experience even better.
This was my first time ever eating at Zaxby’s, and after today, this will definitely be my go-to spot from now on.

This place never seems to have the same people twice. And they always seem so unsure of whats going on. We always have to pull up and wait for freshly cooked food! Yum! So I wouldn't recommend coming if you are in a hurry. But good is always good when we go. The toast isn't like really yummy toast, just regular bread. They always forget silverware! So make sure you double check for that if you need it. And check your food if you aren't the only car pulled up. They have a problem about pulling orders out of order and the communication must not be great because they mess that up frequently when we come. But they always make it right and tend to have a smile along with it. Enjoy

Food was decent , staff was friendly , it was slow when we got there and the fried pickles seemed a tad over cooked and stuck together like they didn't shake the basket and left them a lil too long but I still ate every last one of them

The food is always hot and fresh. On this particular occasion they gave us free cookies for a longer wait. I had the Chicken Philly sandwich which is very good. My partner had the Asian Zalad which she loved. The fries are always on point. Love Zaxby’s!

Ordered for take-out. Customer service was great. Seems like the chicken fingers have gotten smaller. The toast was a bit on the mushy side. It would be nice if you could figure out how to get it to stay crisp for take-out. The cheesecake bites were delicious. It was a good experience.
