I ordered the new egg rolls and they where cold like they had been sitting for a while. They couldn't sub my toast for extra fries and they didn't give me the sauce that comes with the meal. The only thing that was some what fresh was the chicken, fries were also cold. #

Zaxby's website shows the "Signature" spicy chicken sandwich as chicken, pickles on a bun with some pinkish sauce. What I got? A piece of chicken between two slices of soggy toast, no pickles, and the sauce appears to just be ranch dressing with some tabasco in it? Most disgusting meal I have ordered in a long time. Avoid this establishment.

The chicken here is amazing. It's just like how my Mom cooked chicken. She was a diabetic who died from heart disease, so she could cook chicken. It's that same tasty chicken. But instead of a loving mother, it's delivered by a slightly friendly high school student.

The food was hot and good. The Customer service not so much. Brittany waited on us. She NEVER greeted us when we came in. I asked if I was able to substitute my fries for a side salad and she only said no. My friend asked if she could get flavored wings and she said yes and pointed to the menu. She called our name over the intercom to get our food when we were standing at the coke machine. She greeted every customer that came in after us and even brought food to one customers table. Do better Brittany!

One of the best Salads I've ever had. The loaded fries, hold the bacon was BANGIN! It had small bites of chicken it with cheese. So food. I little salty but manageable. It wasn't crowded at all. I highly recommend!
