When living in the desert of terlingua TX and not having the best employer meal plan, this place was the spot. Great Mexican food. Phenomenon wait staff.

This is one of my favorites in the area. Service is friendly, food is really good and prices are reasonable. The enchiladas are good and I also like the tamales and tacos. It's a great place to stop and rehydrate with some iced tea (and nachos and maybe an Agave Wine Margarita.)

I've had chicken enchiladas with green sauce from Fort Worth to Mission, Texas but never any better than these. Quiet, simple, friendly joint serving awesome food in generous portions. Thank you!

We were traveling from NJ to big bend for few days and with the restrictions of our food we found this amazing place that catered to our needs. The first day (cant remember his name) the server took the time to ask the chef what can be made and then the second day the server Crow gave us his suggestions and also toom the time to make us a separate quacamole and hot sauce. We were a group of six that did not eat onion:garlic egg and were vegetarians. We are so satisfied and recommend this cafe to anyone visiting Big Bend and surrounding areas. Thank you for taking care of us!

Great little local place with good honest food and good service. I have a severe unusual allergy (AlphaGal Syndrome) and they were able to accommodate me without any issues. We each ordered a burrito and they were large and very filling. They’re in a small no frills bulding that does have outside dining if the weather permits. We would definitely eat here again.Dietary restrictions: The staff will answer all questions about food preparation and are familiar with handling allergy issues.Parking: Dirt parking lot in front of of and to the side of the building.

Right off the highway and open 7 days a week. Decent food and decent service when not overwhelmed. Don't be pompous just enjoy. Beer, margaritas and calorie! Great guacamole! Place for locals and non. Share a table if need be.

Was my first time there this past week. Food was ok, but did not taste authentic.. taco had lettuce, tomato and shredded cheese on it instead of traditional cilantro and onion. Tamale was dry and maza crumbly. There were not hot sauce or salsa options for food, so overall somewhat bland regarding seasoning. It was edible but similar to what I'd expect at a chain fast food place. Service was great though, and the bottled coke was cold. Live music was a nice touch, though unusually slow/not busy given it was a weekend evening. Would be nice if there were more drink options. We left to and location for drinks after dinner.

They advertise as being dog friendly on bring Fido, however we went with us and our dog and they do not allow dogs. They were not very friendly either. Just nope haven’t allowed dogs since 2020. Well if you need a place for your and your best friend head over to bad rabbit! They are so friendly and very welcoming of the fur babies

The advertise on bring Fido as pet friendly but they are not. They also don't seem very people friendly. No hello, no welcome. Just a we don't allow dogs and haven't since 2020, no bye or anything. A smile can go a long ways...just saying!!

The bean & cheese burrito is a must try. Yummy. Got a grapevine jarritos. It was good. The servers are really nice and they went above and beyond to guarantee customer service.

Good food. Good service. Good music. All with a very small town feeling. But don't have the tres leche. It came out frozen. It looked like another dessert served to another guest was frozen, too. The special of the night was fried chicken which was pretty good.
