Stopped here for lunch and boy am I glad I did! I found this place heading back to my campsite and I ordered the brisket burger and the only regret I had was not ordering a second one. If you’re in the area definitely swing by!
Visiting Terlingua from San Antonio, TX. My friend said the birria tacos from El Gordo’s Grill is delicious & it most definitely! Crispy on the outside and just so juicy on the inside! I want to eat here everyday for the rest of our trip!
What a perfect way to end a day in big bend. My husband ordered a hamburger and a brisket quesadilla. I ordered the Birria tacos. Omggggggg sooo good. They didn’t skimp on the brisket in the quesadilla. The Birria tacos are some of the best I’ve had. My husband loved the hamburger. The green salsa given with the Birria tacos has the perfect spice. Highly highly recommend!!
