This past weekend we had our company Christmas/ New Year’s party at Film Alley in Terrell. We rented out the bowling alleys and the party room. It was a great time! The party room was already nicely set up, decorated and ready to go when we got there. That was greatly appreciated. We enjoyed our visit after a few rounds of bowling. The food was pretty good, but I had some issues. First, while our steaks were likely 16 oz, they were broad but thin. This makes steaks tougher and more difficult to get the correct temp. We ordered our steaks medium rare, but they were medium, bordering medium well. I have had a good experience Almost every time I’ve visited and I have been to this theater at least 20 times in the past year, but I honestly don’t mind waiting 10 minutes for someone to assist me. The wings are amazing and they give you so many for the price two people can eat off of one wing platter!
