Jamie Foxx Apple Bee's 🍎. Drinks , Food, Price was incredible. Love it. A must go to restaurant. Terrell, Texas should be on the map. Plus an Outlet Mall next door.

We stopped by while traveling. We waited several minutes for someone to come and seat us. Once we were seated, we were there for at least 10 min (probably more) with no one even acknowledging us; even though at least 6 staff members walked past our table. The bar area was empty and only 4 tables were taken besides ours. After waiting patiently for way longer than we should and being passed up by yet another employee without any acknowledgement, we got up to leave. No one asked any questions. Even the guy at the door opened the door for us, thanked us for coming and said to come again and have a nice day! At least he was friendly. I have never had such a bad experience at an Applebees before. We then went next door to Mariachis, where we had excellent service and food.
This Applebees always have good service. It's been over 20 years since I had a disappointment at Applebees and that was here.

Last night me and a few buddy were eating enjoying our food and our server was so cool until she got yelled at by her manager for putting salt on someone's drink and they asked for it just like me I like my margaritas with extra salt on my rim don't understand the big deal first time I had a bad experience at applebee's so crazy for the way he acted towards this young lady and she is such a kind worker very soft spoken

Was having a nice family dinner last night when we overheard the manager talking down on one of the waitresses for accommodating there needs with there order! A business should not be treating there employees like that! I heard the customer ask for salt for there alcohol beverage which should already come with that, the manager heard and told the sweet girl she would fire her if she does! If she does get fired (we prefer her over anyone there) u most likely lost customers she was amazing, kind and the sweetest ever!

Is it normal practice to barate an employee in front of customers? Is it also normal for the manager to threaten to fire the employee for accommodating a request from a customer, the request was just salt for their drinks... that come with it in the first place? I feel like maybe someone hire up should talk to this manager and maybe send them to a class on how to talk and act towards your employee's!!
