No one had time just ignore me after standing foe 15min poor management and guess I was not the right customer

Very busy and good service
Very good ice cream sandwich.
I had the pleasure of dining at this location with my son tonight.Watched Whitney(manager) greet , and say goodbye to every single customer that walked in (even when they didn’t do it back ) with a smile on her face . She ran around from freezer to the counter to drive thru . Made sure the customers enjoyed their meal. Truly amazing . And when I told her good job, she brought up her team ! Highly recommend this location .
Dirty and unorganized. There were flys everywhere in the dining room and the chicken was undercooked.

Excellent service, even during busy time.
Worst experience at Braums ever and why? Lack of training. Young girl waited on me. I asked for a specialty sundae which she didn't know how to make. She was left looking like a new trainee without training while I stood in line debating if I should leave or stay. Finally got my sundae after about 15 minutes. The cashier mumbled sorry for the wait. Be a while before I get Braums again. Feel sorry for the young girl that was dumped during a busy time and ignore.

Bad service at drive through. I ordered 2 large shakes and two small shakes. The lady told me the amount and it did not hit me until after I had paid that she only charged me for the two large shakes. Well I got my card back out to pay for the two small shakes at the next window. When I let the lady know that I had ordered two large and two small but was only charged for the two large shakes she told me no I only ordered the two large and I should have checked my recipient before leaving the first wimdow. Very rude lady. I was not expecting anything free I was just letting them know I was not charger for what I ordered. So with her being rude I just asked for my money back. I think it will be a long time before I come back to this Braums.
Cant go wrong with braums
Cheeseburger was great! Service was excellent! Picked up milk, bread and yogurt on the way out....always the best!
