This is the worst Braum’s I’ve been to in the dfw. Always a 30 or more wait in the drive through, orders ALWAYS wrong, & they’re always out of something. It’s too many kids working here & no structure. Not to mention dinning room is never properly cleaned. It’s a mess!!!!!

Braum's Ice cream is awesome, but the service at this location is not good. I have actually walked out after waiting more than 5 minutes on more than one occasion when I was the first one in line. There was no acknowledgment from staff that I was even there. I go back because I do love their ice cream and it is local but they there are times I skip this be a use I don't want the hassle.
If you're getting milk or anything from the grocery side, bring a chair to sit down because you will be left waiting till your pint of ice cream starts to melt. Everyone their has a I don't care mentality. No one working was able to even drink legally.... food good but service is next to none.

The cashier never said that they charge same price as a drink when we got water we thought water was free. We saw it on the receipt after we got home in Diana Texas that we got charged for a drink price for water.

I went to Braum's February 10,2024 that night the food hot and fresh but they put too much salt on the burger and fries I couldn't even eat it definitely a waste of money and they food to be the best I don't think I will go back.
Highly disappointed! Today I was served a burger pattie that was very dry, which means it’s been laying under a lamp for at least 40 minutes or longer. If I weren’t so tired from work all week, I would’ve taken it back and got all fresh food. If you wouldn’t serve yourself or your mother stale food, why serve it to hardworking customers??? In addition to, my drink must’ve had 2 cubes of ice, which doesn’t keep anything cold. NEWSFLASH BRAUMS, drinks are not cold already when it’s coming out of a fountain!!!!! I don’t even want to discuss the piss poor drive thru customer service. This young guy handed me my food in total silence, no greeting, no offer for condiments or anything.????????????????UPDATE: I visited again today 2/11/24 and absolutely nothing has changed here. Sad!!!

Hamburgers are out of this world. When getting my food it was a few minutes till closing and you could tell they really didn't want to make any more sandwiches. Guess what not only did they make it they gave me free French fries as well. Didn't ask them or anything they were hot n fresh from the fryer. Thank you braums not only do you have the best ice cream but fanfreakntastic hot fresh food.

Sadly this store, in Terrell, TX, is slowly going down hill over the past year. Cold fries or burger dressed wrong. Now this time people are waiting 20-30 minutes for their orders. The food times before the tables and floors were messy.
