Didn't have my online order. Didn't have the drink ordered and couldn't figure out how to refund my order after I paid online.

Every time I come here this particular Burger King is out of something. Yesterday it was ketchup and medium drink cups. The time before they were actually out of Whopper meat. The time before that was lettuce and mayonnaise.
I don't know who's ordering the food but they need to do a much better job.

Picking Up food for DoorDash Service was good ,but a little unorganized. 4 employees seen .Burgers were being bagged ,but fries just got dropped . All in all satisfied. All food came together hot and ready.

This BK had really started to improve. Orders took a little longer but the food was fresh and hot. So I was disappointed Monday when, as usual, no biggie, they asked me to pull up in the drive-thru and wait. When they brought my order out just a minute later, I knew it wouldn't be fresh, or hot. And it wasn't. I couldn't finish it. BK gave me a $12 lump of coal for Christmas. (Update: went back today but went inside to check the place out. I worked at a very busy BK 40+ years ago and wanted to watch them. Slow but hot and fresh, just like the good ole days. The secret? Avoid the drive-thru and respectfully watch them prepare your order.)

Both the cook and the cashier at the drive thru had awful attitudes. The cashier sent us to wait and the parking lot for our food, where we waited for 30+ minutes. When we pulled to the drive thru again to request a refund the cook looked at us and said “why you want a refund I have your food right here”…okay? Her argument isn’t very strong considering the prepared and ready order was in her possession and not ours. We went ahead and accepted the order as we were very hungry; the burger was cold and fried half-way filled.

Nastiest Tx Double I've ever had!
The whole sandwich was bad, just about nasty!
Cold meat!
No flavor!
Dry as the weather right now!
Didn't get jalapeño until the 4th bight!
Vegetables as the same temp as the "what you call it, tough meat!
Couldn't taste the mustard, period!
Just a nasty assed sandwich that i could have bought of off the roach coach.
This was nasty!
Then my onion rings were cold before i reached into the bag. No condiments offered?

I live 7 miles south of you and at least would expect my food to be warm.
Please tell me you could do better?
Because as far as I'm concerned!
BURGER KING SUCKS COTTON BALLS!

This place can be completely empty and still make you wait in a parking spot for over 15 minutes !!!!!!!! For a simple combo !!!!!!!

Update today the women the drive thru made my kids day ! And I didn't have to wait for my order. So thank you ! I wish I had gotten your name !

The main manager named Tammy was completely rude to me after I was trying to let her know i walked into the bathroom and it was completely dirty and smelled really nasty.she put her hands up and pretty much told me that she wasn't going to take care of it and that she was busy. Then she walked off with out even taking my order and was ignoring me after that. While i was standing there for a good 4 minutes she grabs cleaner stuff and goes to the bathroom and completely disregarded that i was ready to order. Being a manager before this and knowing it is important that the bathrooms are suppose to be clean. And that when a customer was only trying to let them know so that another customer doesnt complain. my visit here today was very unacceptable. I come here pretty much every other day cause I work in this area. She honestly needs alittle more management training on how to be polite to customers. Lucky there was an assistant manager there i think her name was Dulce and was completely helpful and very respectful and nice. If it wasn't for her I'd probably never return to this location.

This is the worst place ever, we got to the restaurant at 8:45 and the door was closed, the restaurant was supposed to close at 10:00 pm but they closed earlier, me and another guy who was there, we were banging on the door. window for them to open for us, and an employee opened it for us with a very annoyed face, as if he didn't want us to pass, we went through and asked for our orders and waited about 15 minutes, they almost always give them to you in 5 or less, then more people arrived like 5 later they didn't give us our order, and we complained because it took 20 minutes, after that we demanded our food and the worker started shouting from a distance that the manager had to attend to us because the other one was shouting, and she left, then the Other people who were here returned their food too, even the people who were in the drive thru, there were also people who came in just to go to the bathroom and we thought they were closed but it was a worker who took about 10 minutes in the bathroom, after that what we get away with our money

Terrible service, 40 minutes for 4 employees to prepare an order, they ask you to park on the side and they completely forget about your order, I go to the drive thru again and they completely forget the order. Incompetent employees.

Never more than two people working. 3 vehicles in drive thru.... takes 10 mins per vehicle, and they park you so they can keep their times down
