Fries were cold and chewy, The soda was watery and flat Spent 14 dollars for a burger meal and everything tasted bad even burger looked like it was old and tasted bad Sad I have always said burger king is my favorite fast food burger Won't go back for cost very disappointed

I am so disgusted I placed an order for My Son today, August 27, 2025. I ordered a big fish chicken fries. I asked for barbecue sauce. The fish sandwich was burnt. It smelled like the grease was old. I am so disgusted. I called up there to try to talk with someone. No one answered the phone. Poor customer service. I will never order from there again. The lettuce was so old. The bread was hard it felt like you could just throw it against the wall and I never say things like this about a business but this Burger King in TERRELL Texas. is disgusting. The health department needs to be called on them. They don’t like what they do. They do it because they don’t have a choice the worst customer service ever and whoever is prepping the food needs to change the grease. My three-year-old was about to eat the food.

Their new Brisquit Burger is wonderful! Been back for it a second time. I also like that you can get Simply Orange Juice to drink, because I'm not a fan of sodas, especially those with added color and artificial sweeteners.

Asked to pull out of drive through. Took 10 mins. to bring us 2 fried chicken sandwiches and a bacon cheeseburger
I ordered on the app. They had a special buy BOGO. So I did order the bogo, plus I ordered a double meat. When I got home I had 3 burgers in my bag made the same way. Check it out, there were 2 burgers single (BOGO), but where's my double meat? When I called to let them know they made a mistake. This female manager asked me if I wanted them to cook me a patty a patty now and wanted me to drive back to pick it up a patty. I said no I want a whole double meat burger that's what I paid for.

I come through the drive thru 06/25/25 around 11:10am and get the impossible meal $13 dollars and i eat it more than once so i know what fresh is and i cook at home you can tell the impossible it’s been sitting there for a while because it wasn’t hot also the fries they where dry but i sucked it up because it was warm but i brought the burger back they insisted that i was lying telling me that it was fresh instead of remaking it so they reamake it and instead of throwing the food in the trash, they open up my burger on the line where you make food and opened it and cross contaminated the table. I’m a clean person, but you never know what a person could have. And they did not change there gloves. They would’ve failed inspection.
But the night crew manager she is Amazon came the other night and it was no issue and it came out fresh the first time.

Even though the location isn't ideal, the food was great. The woman that took my order and gave me my food was really nice. My food was hot and fresh- they cooked it to order. The outside of the store was clean and greenery manicured.

Was great! Had a chicken sandwich extra tomatoes and Mayo .. oh it was awesome! Hubs had a Whopper and was surprised how good it was! Told him that Burger King was terrific!
