Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Went in on Sunday, october 27th around 6pm after I'd ordered online. My food wasn't ready. A young girl finally acknowledged me after she was sulling around behind the register for about 4 minutes without acknowledging guests. I stood there at least 15 minutes or longer even though I ordered online. The food was just sitting there waiting for her to bag. She was literally moving like a turtle. A kid that work there was standing in the kitchen where food was being made just chowing down on some wings, after he saw me staring, he turned his back and went to the work table on the back wall to finish eating. So gross! When I worked in food service, eating in the kitchen was a no no! My sandwiches were cold because they sat there so long waiting for her to bag them. These kids have no sense of urgency!!!!! Really need some adult supervision.

Absolutely terrible, wings burnt to an inedible rock, fries burnt, my husband's sandwich was fine , surprisingly, if you burn the food , Start over, don't serve burnt food

The cashier was very welcoming and nice. The place was clean. The cooks had gloves on as they prepared food. The steak just didn’t have any seasoning and it wasn’t juicy. The presentation was nice. Just not enough flavor and a bit on the dry side.

Ordered for delivery through grubhub. Best Philly sandwiches and well packaged. Really pleased with their food and will make this a regular for my lunch orders at work.

I have had Charley’s twice since moving closer to this area.One of the times I dined in. I was carrying my 3mo baby when he fell asleep before I could finish my food. A staff member was about to use the fountain drink machine (we were sitting close to it) when she noticed that my baby was sleeping, very thoughtful she said she’ll just use it later to avoid waking him up. I was in shock. Shock of how considerate she was. That was probably the sweetest thing ever experienced, idk why but it was.So thank you! Aside from the great service. I love love their original Philly cheesesteaks (I get mine w/o onions & pickles)

The worse management. Hiring kids and treating them very badly. Should be a law against the way they treat their employees. Please don't let you kids work for this kind of environment! Absolutely a embarrassment the way they talk to and treat them. Owners of this franchise have alot to learn on how to treat their employees. Definitely poor inexperienced management.

I grew up in South Jersey and lived in the Wilmington, Delaware, and Baltimore, Maryland area. These Cheesesteaks are as good if not better than anything you can buy in Philadelphia (the mecca of cheesesteakdom).

I ordered a cheesesteak and it was hot and delicious and they got it out to me really fast and I love their new lemonade! Wonderful customer service 10/10 recommend!!!
