3+ things wrong with our order.

Had to ask for my fork for my Mac & cheese, ice cream, sauces, slice of cheese and my drinks, as they were not delivered on my tray the first time around.

Absurd for chickfla standards. Forney & Seagoville store FTW for this area.

I don't understand why most of the Chick-Fil-A's I eat at WILL make me a fried chicken wrap while a few...LIKE THIS ONE IN TERRELL...absolutely refuses!! What happened to serving the customer WHAT THEY WANT?? You all have fried chicken strips which is what other Chick-Fil-A's will use to make a crispy one when requested. I won't return to this location!

Second time this facility has messed up on my order and left food out and I have a 45 mins drive before I realize what they’ve done. Because of this place , Chick-fil-A is banned for life. I’m done!!! Thanks a lot!!!

Horrible service. I’ve been to this location many times over the last five years and up to this visit the mobile through rarely even came to a standstill. This time I waited 20 minutes behind two other cars and finally had to get out of my vehicle to find out what was going on. I asked if there was a new manager or something and this kid came out apparently the manager ““ and stared dumbly at me as I asked why the mobile through is stuck while the other Lane literally had served 20 other vehicles. no apologies. No offer to get right on. It …never said sorry sir, we’ll do better next time. Nothing. They had some hobo looking guy running food to vehicles …man the standards have fallen. He asked me my name for my order and then came and shoved it in my face, then dismissed me by saying, “have a blessed day!!” I was having a great day until I came here and I don’t need their invocation for me to have a blessed day, just do your dang job and don’t trap me in the mobile through for 20 minutes. I’ll avoid this place for about six months and maybe give them another chance after they’ve had time to train this young manager properly. Good Lord.

I made a mobile order on the app and received a notification that the amount was withdrawn from my bank account.

When I made it to the location I noticed the order was not visible on my app so I joined the regular drive thru line instead of the mobile order drive through line.

I asked the associate if she could see my order and explained my dilemma in the app. She stated she didn’t know what to tell me. I asked for clarification about the money that had been withdrawn from my account and still she gave me no next steps.

I then asked to speak to a manager, not out of anger, but for clarification and next steps. When I requested a manager she told me to go inside. I asked for a manager to meet me in the line due to not being able to exit the drive thru line. The associate just stared at me, seemingly annoyed, before finally requesting a manager.

When the manager arrived she stated it be 3-5 business days before the amount was refunded to my account which was fine, although she acted as if I was inconveniencing her.

I worked at Chick-fil-a in my youth and would’ve never handled today’s situation as the associate taking my order did especially when the customer was not showing any signs of anger. This sort of thing happens and it didn’t have to be a big deal but her attitude made it one. Although it won’t make a big difference in the day to day operations or financially, I will not be spending my money at this Chick-fil-a again.
