We have been to many Chick-Fil-A over the years. This particular one ranks as one of the worst that we have been to from a food quality and getting the correct order perspective. The drinks were not correct, both fries were 90% small pieces and not edible, chicken sandwich was greasy and warm-not hot. Would not recommend this particular Chick-Fil-A.

This Chick-fil-A is the worst in Texas I just bought a meal with no damn chicken in my sandwich ?!?!?! This is the second time this Chick-fil-A has done this to me, they never can get your order right EVER !! How is it possible to order your meal FACE TO FACE and still get it wrong ??? I’m better off driving to Forney to pick up my meal then mess with this terrible Chick-fil-A in Terrell.

Got my large fries halfway to the bottom or crumbles call freeze how disappointing. With that said they were all extremely salty.

This is the worst CFA! Management needs some organizational classes. The drive thru sucks and the lanes are way too narrow. The person who orders after you in the lane next to you can end up 4 cars ahead of you because they don’t keep you in any kind of order. But I guess they aren’t hurting for money so who cares, right!?

Chic-fil-a is always good service and food any location I go to. 8/30/25 update. Unfortunately the drive thru was in shambles because of the rain. It is fully understandable why you don't put people out in the rain. But the order board was not being used. Which makes no sense. Then I was asked to pay for a second time. The manager on duty messed up big time. Again this is not the norm.
