This is the worst CFA! Management needs some organizational classes. The drive thru sucks and the lanes are way too narrow. The person who orders after you in the lane next to you can end up 4 cars ahead of you because they don’t keep you in any kind of order. But I guess they aren’t hurting for money so who cares, right!?

Chic-fil-a is always good service and food any location I go to. 8/30/25 update. Unfortunately the drive thru was in shambles because of the rain. It is fully understandable why you don't put people out in the rain. But the order board was not being used. Which makes no sense. Then I was asked to pay for a second time. The manager on duty messed up big time. Again this is not the norm.

This is the only store that charges for condiments and does not give military responders and seniors discounts. Staff said it was boss of this store. Wont be back as many others i know d

Purchased the new pretzel bun spicy chicken club no pickles on 8/23 & they gave me a regular chicken sandwich with American cheese & Pickles. I couldn't keep eating after I took a bite and tasted the pickles. Called the store and all they said was sorry for the inconvenience. Called again today and they couldn’t find my app member # to issue a refund. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund.
I understand it gets busy, but to have a customer wait 10mins for their order and give them something completely different from what was ordered is upsetting.
I purchased the new pretzel bun item, and I asked the lady if the dijion mustard was in it. She said yes its in the bag. I start to look to make sure. She then tells me it wouldn't be in the sauce bag its further in the bag. I drove home and open my bag there is no dijion mustard. So then I call and ask about what happened. As she was very adamant it was in the bag. They say that person doesn't pack the sauce so they dont know. Im like okay then why did she say that. I wasn't so mad about the sauce missing. Its just you told me it was in there.
Don't use app for drive thru. They prioritize regular drive thru and half the time fries are cold. Service and quality has started to go downhill.

The worst location in a 25 mile radius.Need to rehire and retrain. Always mess my order up then act like it’s my fault. Too many options on American Way.

Update: Went back and the manager was so nice and make sure they gave me the missing item.
I can’t believe they forgot a whole menu item and I noticed it when I got home. I'm 20 minutes away from that location. Not a good experience. I usually don't have issues at this location.

3+ things wrong with our order.
Had to ask for my fork for my Mac & cheese, ice cream, sauces, slice of cheese and my drinks, as they were not delivered on my tray the first time around.
Absurd for chickfla standards. Forney & Seagoville store FTW for this area.
