Went into this location yesterday and ordered the 2 piece chicken, we finally got our food and soon after I dig some of the chicken out to take a bite I notice blood dripping down from the chicken!!! Chicken was barely cooked!! We picked up the piece of chicken and on the plate underneath blood juice!! This place is disgusting, low staffed and serving RAW food for customers to potentially get SICK!! DO NOT go here!!!

I’ve seen turtles with Down syndrome stuck in peanut butter move faster than the crew that works here. They need to shut this place down and just open a Bush’s. Reaching out to management does nothing. I’ve reached out three times with no response.

Horrible service maybe that's why no one is inside or in the drive thru. Still asked to wait over 5 mins to even take my order. The worst part is they know thier service is horrible or they wouldn't have a sign acknowledging the wait. Stop catering to bad workers and find better employees that will help you achieve higher standards. Instead of saying that these snowflakes chose to come to work so be nice to them Seriously?? This is just bad buisness.

DO NOT GO HERE THE FOOD IS SPOILED AND THERE IS A FOUL ODOR surrounding the whole building. Ordered chicken gizzards and was given black and green gizzards underneath the batter. Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, never apologized for the inconvenience just stated , “ well I don’t eat chicken gizzards so I wouldn’t know” I am Seeking legal action immediately!!

Went there 30 minutes before they closed. All they had was chicken tenders, not even the spicy kind. Asked kindly for the number one with macaroni and cheese and a sweet tea. The tea they had out tasted old and disgusting. They poured gravy all over my Mac and cheese, and the lady behind the counter was unbelievably rude. Should have asked for a refund, but by the time I got my food I was tired and just ready to go home. I have never received service this terrible in a long time.

Took them over 40 minutes to make my food I was the only one in the drive-thru literally sat in the drive through for 40 minutes. I suppose I should not expect very much out of a place where they sign on the window that says please be courteous to the staff. There was no explanation nothing. Definitely will not be returning there unless I have a ton of time to waste.
Took my kids in for dinner. Smelled like dirty mop water. The ice had fruit flies in it and so did my green beans. Fried okra was burnt to a hard crisp and chicken strips were the size of my thumb. Wouldn't recommend this place unless it's remodeled or at least fumigated and cleaned.

This place is disgusting. Flies everywhere. The help is wearing torn jeans and flip flops. This place has a foul Odor. The person taking my order was just rude. No customer service skills what so ever! I do not recommend anyone come to this place! I will not be back! The sign below cracked me up! I called to complain and he cussed me out and said I was banned from the restraunt...how funny...I wouldn't go if I were you. Worst attitudes ever. John claimed he owned the place.
