The food was delicious and warm, and we didn’t have to wait long for our food, despite all the traffic outside. All the workers were awesome but our server, Julia was amazing!! She was the absolute best <3

Always a good go to for when your hungry but not sure what you want. I went there to grab something to go. The wait time was a little excessive but they did keep me updated on the wait. The food was delicious and we will be back. (The bartender made some wicked looking drinks while I was waiting.)

Took my 11 year old here for his 11th birthday, he wanted to wear his 'happy birthday hat' and our server/the bartender didn't even tell him happy birthday. There was no birthday gift, no song, nothing. I wouldn't care if he was an adult, but to ignore a child's birthday?! What happened, chilis.. Applebee's would've sang him a silly song at least 😒

Should’ve given 1 star. Anyways, went here last night, not many people there but waiting a very long time for food which was just chicken and fries for pretty much everyone. Tenders were hard to chew, restaurant was dirty, server was nowhere to be found. Not to mention the silverware was dirty.
Chilis is just really bad now, doesn’t matter where you go.
There was like one guy with a man bun, the only person who seemed to be doing anything but wasn’t our waiter so I didn’t bother them.
Orders were even wrong but we waiting so long we just dealt with it.
