They are extremely dirty and not friendly. They sold me a veggie burrito only to tell me they were out of guacamole. They were also out of brown rice and old gloves and food was all over the floor. As a veteran, I would stay away unless you want food poisoning.

I have not been to Chipotle in a while. They always seem to have some sort or issue. Who has time for that right. I just so happened to be on the phone with my cousin, and he was eating Chipotle. He was telling me how healthy everything there is, I happened to be driving by so I stopped in to purchase a bowl 🥣. It was very good, just what I needed. Chipotle is back on my list again.

I get chipotle here a lot just bc.. I like chipotle but I hate coming here. Idk how anyone has had a good experience but the employees are always rude and hate their job. Why is a a 40 year old woman rushing my 13 year old brother (and husband) that has never ordered here before. 0 customer service and this isn’t the only time I’ve dealt with them being super rude. They all have attitude problems and are super negative.

I have eaten at numerous Chipotle restaurants. I have been to this Chipotle twice and both times it was terrible. The employees are surly and have bad attitudes Both times I ordered the burrito in a bowl. They filled the bowl to the rim with stale, dried out rice and then they were chincy on the portions. Three one inch strips on meat, about one tablespoon of cheese and even less guacamole. It's not had to understand why this place hardly ever has customers. Even during the lunch rush. Don't waste your time or money at this chincy restaurant.
They forgot our forks for bowls. Normally I open up the bag but this time I just took it as they probably put them in there because every time they usually do. Like most people I eat on the go so this was mildly frustrating. I did get napkins though. And yes I tipped.

“Do yourself a favor and go to a different place than this” I dislike this chipotle due to they do not listen to the costumer. The lady charged me for two full orders of protein but only gave 1 1/2 shorting me on my steak. I let them know that I needed two tortillas because what I was getting wouldn’t fit in one she argued with me and just put the tortillas together and now it has fallen apart in my vehicle. I wounded why they have a 3.5 star rating I think it’s a lot lower than that.
Parking: Parking lot holds fewer vehicles than the establishment holds people.

They under cut my sides and didn't care when I was like whoa then they put less meat on my food when the person who I order beside gets more meat on there's it's a total piss off and disrespectful to customers then when I ask for the same side twice they just sprinkle the same amount as if it were one side it's just absolutely a rip off the way they treat male customers and undercut there food no Manager's makeing sure peppers are stocked they had frozen salad dressing so no one doing anything to prevent this then when I mention i wanted a drink they were rude about it so like not a place I would recommend and after I said I was cool with the frozen dressing they didn't put it in the bag the terrible customer service then the owners response is contact me instead of dealing with the issues on it right here before them lazy owner
Vegetarian options: They don't keep peppers stocked so they cheated me out a veggie option I asked for
Kid-friendliness: Rudeness towards kids was noted

Here we go again every time I try to give this place a chance 👎. Eight brisket cubes ( this is a big problem when you can count it) a half spoonful of guacamole. Two bowls $31. SMH. The serving size just keeps getting smaller and the price just keeps getting higher. THERE WAS ONE POINT IN TIME YOU COULDN'T HALFWAY CLOSE THE TOP. Now, by the time you get home, your dish has already mixed itself 🤣
