I wanted to give Church’s another fair try because I know a lot of people genuinely love it. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. I ordered the 5-piece tender combo, half spicy and half regular. The chicken and fries were cold when I received them, and the spicy tenders in particular were very greasy. There was also a noticeable taste that suggested the oil may have been reused too long.
The one bright spot was the biscuit—it was hot, fresh, and had that classic honey-crunch coating, which I can see why people enjoy.
What really sealed the experience for me was the drink issue. I ordered and paid for unsweet tea, but after paying I was told they didn’t have any. I don’t drink soda, and the only alternative offered was sweet tea or water, with no refund for the drink I paid for.
Between the cold food, greasiness, oil taste, and the drink situation, this just wasn’t a good experience for me. I understand why some people like Church’s, but this location didn’t deliver, and I won’t be returning.

I stopped in to get hot honey boneless wings on my way home from Dallas. Polite fella at the intercom and window, the chicken was so hard, tasted like it had been refried and the sauce was dumped all in the bag. Do better yall.

Went there with high hopes for my pregnant wife and she was wanting the 3.99 4pc sauced wings, they also have it posted on the menu right in the middle. I was then told by a little girl who had a very crappy attitude and slick words that they didn’t have a 4pc sauced wings on the menu, we just told her never mind forget it. And that little girl needs to be careful how she speaks with certain customers you never know someone else’s mindset and a lot of people like myself and my wife do open/conceal carry ! Her attitude could’ve set someone having a bad day off and costed her her own life. Churches please do better.

Waited longer than expected to place my order. The individual took the order of the woman in front of me and walked away, saying nothing to me. He filled multiple drive thru orders while I waited to place my order. Another employee came up and filled the order of the other woman. Eventually the first man came back to the register and asked what I wanted. I did place an order, I was not impressed with the quality of the food or the service.

This was my first time at this location. I got boneless wings. When opened the box there was nothing but traces of what could have been chicken. It was very hard and Jerky like. The food was extremely old. I will never come to this location again.
