The staff at this location are AMAZING!!! Nuami went WAY above and beyond to help me. Her kindness and great customer service made my son's stay at the hospital comfortable with his favorite desserts!!! The world needs more customer servers like her!!! Went here for dinner with my family and couldn't have been more disappointed and disgusted. We sat in a booth by the wall, the wall was covered in food as well as the pictures hanging up. I saw only one lady cleaning tables so I'm sure she was doing her best. When we arrived the entire pizza bar was empty, ( I get it, rushes happen) but it stayed empty for most of our visit. The bathrooms were just as disgusting as the changing table had poop on it. The whole experience made me sick to my stomach and I can honestly say I would rather drive to Greenville and that's saying a lot.

The pizza was just not good tonight at all. I paid $30 and did not get a good dinner at all. The air hockey machine stole our money. And one of the claw machines is broke so lost money on that as well. Very disappointed, this place used to be so great. The ONLY reason the food is getting two stars is because of the new desert pizza. Also the employees seemed way too busy to help or to request fresh pizza.
