Took forever to get our food. I ordered Tacos and they said they had been so busy they hadn’t had time to make the taco meat. When our food did arrive, the food was cold. The sodas were terrible as well. The employees were out on the patio smoking with the door open so the smell came into the restaurant. If they have time for a smoke break, they have time to cook the food. If the manager is not aware, he should be. This store is a poor representative of the Dairy Queen brand.

The standard for a large cone was atleast 4-5 inches of ice cream above the cone. Now its less than an inch just laying flat on top of the cone. Dont come here because you wont get your moneys worth. They want to charge you more and give you less. I wont be back

The wait was long,the service was terrible the bathrooms are nasty nad some the employees used foul language in front of my 5 year old daughter. The manager wasn’t ever helping the other employees when they got busy. This place is trash

Restrooms HORRIBLE...out of order sign on Mens, no sign on Ladies, but when you walk in, looks like someone had been very ill all over the toilets, paper on the floor, dirty sink area. Service staff is some very nice young people but no support it seems.
This place is dirty, trash on floor, around trash bins, glass doors filthy, many tables not cleaned. Freezer displays empty, broken drink service area.
Suggest they clean up their act or people go next door!

I went to get dinner they were out of burgers? How are you out of burgers then they were out of ranch and honey mustard. You need new management if you are running out of foods before your next shipment!

I have been to so many Dairy Queens so far and almost always had a very decent and healthy experience but today was a great disappointment. The rest rooms were so so bad that I doubt it is Dairy queen because dairy queen outlets are very professional normally. The restrooms today, both men and women were a huge disappointment. And to add to it, the peanut perfait, which is all time favorite for me and my wife, was a disappointment because there were hardly any peanuts in it. The gentleman says, it comes with little bit of peanuts only. Those were not solid peanuts, those were crushed pieces of peanut. I remember this delicacy of dairy queen attracts us to visit their outlets so frequently.

I’ve been to this DQ location several times now and haven’t been impressed! First time they said they were out of ice cream, the next time we get there 10 minutes before closing and they tell me they closed early because they have to a lot of cleaning to do. Will not go back!
This place is completely nasty and horrible. The people they have hurricane there barely know how to make anything themselves. It takes them forever just to take your order, and when they finally do, they act as if they don’t know what they’re doing. This is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to.

I attempted to go the other night but the lady on the comms said she was the only one there and it would be 15 min a while before i got my food.
Went today, the screen in the drive through was black and no one answered. Went inside and got a French Silk Blizzard adding Brownie after waiting several minutes while 8 employees in the back did 3 jobs. While they gave someone in the drive through food so it obviously is working somehow.
The blizzard was not flipped in front of me im assuming because it was already melted enough that it would have sloshed out onto the already dirty floor.
Got home and realized it didnt have the brownie in it i paid extra for.
1 star for service cause it sucked.
1 star for atmosphere cause it was dirty and the laughing and joking happening in the back was irritating while waiting for service. Also i dont know if this is a thing or not but half of them didnt have uniforms just hoodies or marvel shirts. Felt very informal.
1 star for food since again it sucked and i didnt even get my whole order.
Dont go if you like Dairy Queen , youll be disappointed

So I came in to get 2 blizzards. It took 35 minutes to get them. A woman who came in 25 minutes after me walked out with hers before I got mine! The cashier asked me 3 damn times what I ordered. Then what i got my blizzards they were melted already. Waste of time and money.
