🚨 Community Awareness Alert — Dominos in Terrell, TX 🚨
I am raising a concern about a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience at the Dominos location in Terrell, Texas. During a recent visit, I was met with rude and potentially discriminatory behavior from a manager when simply requesting a variety of wings and more parmesan on my breadsticks (which were prepared incorrectly as plain).
When I asked if I could select between flats or drums, I was abruptly told “they tell you what you get.” Upon asking for additional parmesan to correct their mistake, the manager slammed the product down and angrily said, “God dammit, what more do you want?”
This behavior was not only uncalled for, but also unprofessional, hostile, and borderline abusive. What’s more concerning is that I’ve witnessed this same manager treat non-minority customers with far more patience and courtesy, raising questions about possible racial bias.
⚠️ I urge fellow Terrell residents to be cautious when choosing to patronize this location. No one should be subjected to such treatment — especially when trying to resolve a simple order issue.
I will not be returning to this Dominos, and I hope this message encourages better oversight, accountability, and respect for all customers in our diverse community. I have added the manager’s picture on this review.

I went in with my family placed order for carryout to get pizza for the road I was told that they had 8.99 large 1 topping deal I said I'll get that large pizza 1 topping chose ham as the topping and added extra cheese they charge me 21$ for that pizza .I was half way to abilene tx when I noticed the receipt. And c called them today spoke with manager and he told me there is no way I was charged that much for the pizza. He said that they couldn't ring that price up and that I was lying basically. I told him I had the receipt. Then he said still there's nothing he can do .I told him I was going to call hr then he got mad and said at the end of the day do whatever I need to do .I hung up very un professional. Don't buy from that place it has very bad review and I know why now

They say pizza was $8 but they changed us $58 for 2 pizza when it was only $8
I spent almost $27 for delivery of a stuffed crust two-topping pizza and Order cheesy bread and was not informed it did not come with marinara that you have to order that extra and I've never heard of that anywhere you get cheese sticks you always get dipping sauce
