My recent visit was unfortunately a bad one. The customer in front of me had the employees iPad in their car placing their own order, I think they worked there, anyway they were taking a long time. So much so, that another employee had to come out to take my order and tell me to move ahead in line. Well, the manager comes out and says that we need to be mindful of other people in line. I let her know that the customer behind me was still putting in their order once I was told to move forward by another employee. The other employee that was standing outside the customers car was more than 3 feet away than us and we moved forward cautiously. I think they were upset we moved ahead of them even though they were nowhere near done entering their order before us. Ridiculous.

That asian guy mite be the worst person I have had to ever deal with. Gave me some sad excuse why my coffee wasn’t right n never even offered to remake it. I used to love Dutch bros soon I moved to this area. Now I’m not a fan. Good bye goodbye.

I love, love Dutch Bros for their variety of sugarfree coffees/drinks! But this location not loving. I am really trying to give the location and better rating but for the last month I have had issue after issues. Not sure if the employees need more training or if this location is just cutting back on their supplies(coffee/syrup). My go to is the Sugarfree Golden Eagle. Usually I get to the window before my drink is made at this location so I can see them making it. They leave out the carmel syrup or they are putting in way to much milk and no coffee to where I am drinking a glass of milk vs a coffee drink. Then when I ask them about the missing ingredients they get upset. I am paying (depending what size I get $7-$10) for the drink I ordered and not getting it for free. Any other location I have no issues and get an actual coffee/drink that I order. Don't get me started on the person taking the order to see if I left a tip?!?!? This location needs improvement. 😞

After waiting for 20 minutes in line my order was wrong and instead of apologizing to me the employee just said well we can transfer it to another cup instead of remaking it so I just drove off and kept my wrong order but won’t be back to this location. Your employees are also rude.
