Never been to one of these coffee franchises before, and if you have seen my reviews but not only own coffee shops but stop all over the country because I am a coffee addict.I get the exact same drink wherever I go which would be a 24 oz Americano.So I did the walk up window asked for a 24 oz and actually showing the girl my gigantic cup which was already hot from hotel coffee.Unlike Starbucks and everyone else they will not put the drink in my cup.My order.24 oz with an extra shot three pumps of sugar for a vanilla leave room in the top for heavy cream.The first picture will be for $4.28 receipt and it shows medium hot Americano extra shot.Of course when I looked at that little bitty cup just laughed and said that's not right so they won't take it back through the window so I had to go pour it out in the parking lot. As a shop owner my head spun because it was in two cups with a lid.Refunded my money.Order number two large hot Americano three sugar-free vanillas heavy cream then was told they don't have heavy cream as they don't make their own whipped cream instead use the nasty can stuff.First time I've ever seen a actual coffee shop not make their own cream, mine is blown.So had to settle for half and half which is not the same.Should have just left and went across the street.Get my drink it's into cups with a lid even though I'm pouring it directly in my cup and then they wasted another two cups with a little bit of hot water so I could top off my drink.As a shop owner six cups for a $4.62 drink that wasn't even hot I was able to drink it before I even made it 2 mi down the road as it was only Luke warm.I don't understand why people flock to some of these chains???.I try not to do business with star you know who but as far as the big chains they are consistent and when I ask for it hot it will scold you which I like.So there's two pictures one of my refunded receipt and one of the other as proof that yes I was there.Didn't take pictures of them working as it seemed inappropriate.

MID. This location is missing the valley girl vibe we thrive off of. My drink is made right 25% of the time. I stick to my usual drink because I know it’ll be good each time. But I am sadly afraid to try new drinks at this location :( I love u Dutch bros but I am sad about this one.

This review system will not work for this location, as there are not enough stars. If you're going to a different coffee shop, you shouldn't be.I would drive past every single coffee shop and every single other Dutch Bros on the planet earth, and then moon should any open up there. Just so I can come to this one. The drinks are always on point. I will even let the staff pick my drink and they never go wrong. From the leads to everyone working there is not a single person here that is not absofrigginlutely fantastic.This has become the daily highlight of my work week. I am on the road 200 - 300 miles a day. I would drive that twice over just to come here for the incredible staff and their magical concoctions of liquid happiness.Vegetarian options: If you tell these people any issues you have, they know how to fix you up.

Forever the best coffee and human connection vibes.We were so excited to see this location that we stopped again even though we had just finished our coffee from a different shop.Staff was the Dutch bros friendly, service was quick and the drinks were delicious.

Always love going to Dutch Bros!! So happy they are here and go almost daily. I wasn't a big coffee drinker until I tried Dutch Bros, now I'm hooked. Customer Service is top notch at Terrell location. Keep up the great work!

Man, I think I may be one of the biggest Dutch Bro fans ever and was THRILLED when one opened up 10 minutes away, as I usually drive 25 minutes to the one in Garland (happily). The drinks at this location are consistently incorrect, the attitudes are consistently bad, and the wait times are consistently so, so, long. All three things Dutch Bros, as a company, seems to value. They also will often mix up the drinks at the window, as they are handing them out, and then say "I think this one is yours". It makes it scary, with a dairy allergy. The other locations in the area are so good! I hope this one can step it up.

First thing the energy is great and coffe is good, but Rip off!.Bought two $25 gift card for the promo to receive a free medium drink. One I gave to my wife and the other for a secret Santa.When the wife tried to use the card at the register they were told they were not activated. So we called to activate them and tried and again and was told the card contained a $0.00 balance. So I asked the secret Santa and they told me the same thing and that they just threw the gift card away.I'm disappointed and feel robbed ?. They just took my money and the worst part I felt bad that my secret Santa never got a gift.
