The owner of this store would rather refund the money on an order than make it how it was ordered. We ordered a Vietnamese coffee with light ice and an extra shot and he refused to make it. He blamed it on corporate not allowing him to do it and said they haven't fixed the system yet to keep you from being able to customize your order.

All I can say is YUMMY!!! I am addicted. Love the Dirty Boba, could drink them all day. The staff is on top of things, and there to answer questions about their different drinks. Give it a try. PS, their black tea is very strong, I could not drink it.

Positive boba tea experience here. Staff explained the ingredients very well. Had cafe latte with CHEESE FOAM on top; you must try the cheese foam on top for extra 1.50. Was super good; especially with chinese kpop style music playing in background. Just wish the cups were bigger. Cups are deceivingly tall but skinny ... or it could be the larger holed straws make it feel like drink did not last very long.
