Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

🤷‍♀️ Not the best Freddy’s visit.
The food was “okay” at best—definitely not as tasty as I remembered 😬. Pricey for what you actually get 🍔💰. My kids were happy 😄, but my appetite was gone after finding a long hair in my burger 🤢. The manager was respectful and took care of it, but still… ew!

Food was ok, drive in workers need help on have better customers service vs a bad attitude.

I’ve only tried the custard…but wow. I love anything that has dark chocolate and even though the custard is not dark chocolate it still has a deep flavor to it. The texture is like ice cream and chocolate pudding combined.

Online order...food was good first time visiting...only thing no napkins or condiments

Fries were bland, but I didn’t notice the fry sauce in the bag until later, so I may give 5 stars once I try again with the sauce. My ice cream and burger were veryyyy good for fast food. First time trying it and will be back.

Burger was tasty bit overpriced. But a good steak burger for sure. Buttery buns and all. fries are amazing!!!

Shout out to freddys! I did not get the managers name but he was very kind, let me know what happens and still made my order anyways. My sister and I placed online orders under the same name, once I got to freddys they said they only had one. So I got out of drive thru and went in. They were saying the same thing, got the emails saying the orders were placed and the money was took. The man manager in the hat and glasses, ended up making my order for me. I was a lil upset cause I placed it 20 minutes before I arrived. I Didnt make a big fuss and he was very helpful. He did let mw know that if this happens again Id have to wait for the refund. And that is perfectly fine, I was just a little hungrier today 😭 thank you to 11/21/24 closing crew 🫶🏾 and the managers with the team tonight
