Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Yesterday while working I got a email about these smash burger tacos because I was drained from working and not wanting to make dinner I decided to drive from Forney to visit the Freddys in Terrell. My daughter and I both wanted to try these as we have never had them. My daughter ONLY eats meat and cheese no sauce no lettuce no tomatoes no onions no anything. I ordered two of the tacos and I used my rewards so that her and I could share a Large fry. When I got to the window the young lady handed me my bag. (Everywhere I go I double check my order) I noticed I only had what seemed to be one taco because I only saw on wrapper plus my fry. I next asked the young lady if they forgot my other taco so she goes to ask. She comes back and now I must open my bag a third time letting all of what heat was left on my food out because she says they put both in the same wrapper. In my thoughts Im thinking WHY? One of these have sauce and juice from pickles and onions and secondly how do you know they are not going to separate people. So now I let her know there is no lettuce on the taco thats suppose to have everything on it. So now I am sitting in the drive thru she looking at me I am looking at her. I finally said you know what dont worry about it I will follow up on this. After I get back home and try to enjoy this COLD food from steady having to open and close my back because two taco could not be made correctly. The sauce from my taco got on the taco of my daughter’s because they put them in the same bag so after trying wipe it off and convince this child it didn’t have the taste of the sauce she no longer wanted it as she said she could taste onion when she attempted to take at least a bite. So here it is I am tired after a long days work I decide to patronize Freddys for dinner just for them to not correct the mistake they made so that my daughter and I could enjoy our dinner not to mention with that fries that I enjoy they were trash we know how thin they are so if you not dinning in you either eat your fries in the car or go straight home but after opening and closing my bag at the window for the mistake of your Employees all my food I purchased was TRASH. It feel like I was robbed and I don’t care if I spent $7 or $50 I drove my car to an establishment passing up other restaurants that we also patronize just to come to Freddys and not get the service and food I paid for. Very disappointing and something needs to be done to correct this!!! I never got the experience I deserved as a customer and my money was taking for the goods getting Nothing because I kept all the food just in case you all wanted it back because it was not eaten!!!!!!!

Quick in and out for a few burgers and fries. Dip sauce for fries always a nice touch. Smiling faces helped me with order.

Skipped the shakes etc. This time. Good selection including chicken sandwiches.

If you haven't had Freddy's it is definitely a big step above the arches.

Second time here. The burgers were just as great as the first time we came. Will definitely need to come more often. My daughter got a sundae and asked for strawberries and bananas on top. We expected strawberry slices but instead it was strawberry jam. We brought this up and they apologized for the confusion and remade it with extra bananas no hesitation. She was so happy. The staff was full of smiles the whole time. Great group of kids working here
