I recently visited the Golden Chick in Terrell, and I was so impressed by the positive changes! You can really tell there is new leadership in place. The new General Manager, Axel, is doing a phenomenal job. He was visible in the dining area, making sure everything was running smoothly and checking in on guests, which you don't always see in fast food. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, fast, and professional. As for the food, it was amazing. My Golden Tenders were perfectly crispy and hot, the rolls were fresh and buttery, and the sides were delicious. If you haven’t been to this location in a while, it’s definitely time to come back. Axel and his team have really leveled up the experience here. Highly recommended!

Their hours say they’re open until 10 on sundays and we drove all the way here for them to have closed early at 9. So I’m confused as to why they were closed so early.

The guy that manages this Golden Chick will tamper with your food.If you have a problem and try and get it fixed he automatically gets offended and tampers with your food.HE DID THAT TO ME AND WHEN I GOT THE CORRECT ORDER THE RICE WAS MASHED UP,HE PUT SOMETHING IN IT(RICE IS GRAINS) AND HE ADDED A WING AND LEG BOTH WERE TAINTED...I DIDNT EAT IT,I CALLED THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT,AND THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURAL WHICH HANDLES THESE MATTERS.I TURN THE FOOD OVER TO BE TESTED.THIS GUY IS FROM BELGIUM ....THINK ABOUT SOMEONE TAMPERING WITH SOMEONE FOOD REGARDLESS THE REASON,HE WILL DO THAT HE WILL DO IT TO YOU....DONT EAT THE FOOD FROM THAT GOLDEN CHICK.....

Hidden in such a weird spot behind McDonald's. Hard to find even with the GPS. Dark like it looks closed down at night. Good customer service and the food was well prepared.

I placed an order yesterday for pick up that said it would be ready at 2:55 pm , it took my payment and everything just for me to get there and then be closed til 4. So when I call them after 4 (I had to be at work and couldn’t go up there) they tell me they can’t issue refunds at the store for online orders and to go on the website and contact them. But when you go on the website it literally says to contact the location directly. So I call them back and tell them and they said the GM wouldn’t be in til tomorrow morning, I have been calling all morning with no answer. I just want my money back for food I never received because they were closed.
