Very surprised that the tables are not cleaned, music so loud you are unable to have a conversation (asked to have it turned down, nothing done), server well has a lot to be desired. He needs to be in the kitchen to learn the menu.

There seems to be a significant issue with service speed early in the morning at this location. During my visit, I encountered a wait time of over 30 minutes just to place an order. Additionally, there was a server named Dustin who displayed an arrogant attitude when asked about the ordering process, especially given the long wait times and the fact that other customers who arrived before us had not yet placed their orders.
It is important for management to be aware of these concerns, as they could impact the overall customer experience. Addressing these issues with the staff, particularly with Dustin, may be necessary to ensure that the quality of service meets customer expectations and maintains the reputation of this location.

I had to leave. I saw everyone who was sat immediately before me served their food and I didn't even get to talk to a server. I was seated for quite a while and never had a server attempt to talk to me.

was taken to a table with my child and Mother for breakfast on the 4th of july early in the morning around 8 or 9 am the buisness was not that busy. I ordered food my child ordered and my mother had same as i ordered my biggest concern here is how did metal get into my food and served to me those are my biggest worries for other parents whome have children metal consumed is not good it can cause alot of problems such as cuts in the stomach even the intestines can tear from metal also iron overload is not healthy either this place probably needs a health inspection its bad enough the manager is can not see when showed it to her she even came to the conclusion that she knows where it came from DEFFINALY check your food before eating especially for your kids

I went in sat down for roughly 10 minutes next to someone that had been there 10 minutes before me. No one to seat us or say hello and was not busy in the least enough for there to be no introductions at all. Impossible to rate half a star but wish I could. Feel terrible if they actually did have a lunch rush because mind u this visit was at 11:30.

I ordered the steak tacos, they were amazing! My kids had the usual silver 5 plate. My husband had the breakfast burrito but was bland and lack flavor. It was ok and the drinks are 4 dlls now so 25 dlls in just drinks isn't cheap anymore. We like this location because it's the nearest to our home.

Got there and was told by Izzy that he was going to go check for a table for us. Izzy never returned new server came to the host stand and sat someone who walked in 15 minutes after us. Waiting 30 minutes and was still not seated. Worse service I have ever gotten at an ihop.
