I love the Jack in the Box app. There are so many savings but this review is about the food. I love💜 love💜 love💜 their tacos. Whether tne 2 pack or the tiny tacos. All are great. I will mention the tiny tacos are great when driving. Also their churros are FANTASTIC!

So I had just went to eat there and ordered the Texas double Jack 2 tacos with fries and drink for $10 well the fries were so old you could barely bite into them as well as the tacos I did eat those but my burger I got 2 bites in the spit it back in the wrapper the burger patties tasted like some kind of cleaning agent. Almost like bleach so I take the burner up there and the lady who first helped me was going to give me my money back I was like na I ate the entire meal but this I just want it remade. Well I'm guessing it was the manager who come from the window area and refused to remake the burger since I already had eaten the meal so after revealing the chewed up and spit out food in front of other customers and the Hobbit sized manager is still refusing so I just threw the burger on the counter stating well you may not replace it for me but you best take my refund and pay for a higher education for you and your crew. I do know that I will never spend money at that location again. I mean how hard is it to just how hard is it to replace a burger that tasted like chemical

To whom it may concern every fast food, retail, convenience stores etc: should rotate weekends so everyone could at least get two weekends off or at least one each month . So therefore it’s been bought to my attention that the white guy that works here so happens to not get the same luxury as others I’ve seen him working day in & day out while other are partying & drinking every weekend I’ll like to see a change from that within the upcoming year, thank you

Let me preface by saying that I place larger orders to make sure that our family of 9 is fed. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my liking and I felt genuinely cared for. One thing was wrong with my order and he rose above and immediately made it right! We've frequented JIBs in the past but this one is definitely not one to pass by, not only is the food good but customer service actually exists!
