Had the Pecanberry Salad, which I have ordered at several locations in the past 10 years. This was my second visit to this location and so disappointed. More than half of the salad was iceberg lettuce, very little strawberries, blueberries or pecans.

Ordered takeout, they gave me no utensils, no napkins, everything smashed into one bag. The half a sandwich is literally three bites. Ordered peach, which is extra in my drink? And did not receive or couldn't taste so little The food tasted good. Just not worth what I paid for and terrible service. Or lack thereof

We had a birthday party for a friend at McAllister‘s in Terrell, Texas near “Buc-ee’s”. It was one of the most excellent experiences that the six of us have ever had at an eating facility like McAllister‘s. The food was superb. The service was excellent – the staff had decorated the table for our friend and her birthday celebration. There were balloons and a wonderful sign on the table wishing Joyce a happy birthday! The staff was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. We had so much fun and the staff served us so well. Everyone at the table had compliments for how well the food was presented, and how tasty it was! We all highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful place to go to eat, relax, and enjoy the excellent service that the staff provides. They definitely deserve a high rating for their food and their service!

VERY TERRIBLE DISGUSTING I FOUND DEAD SPIDERS INSIDE MY FOOD AND THEY HAD THE AUDACITYY TO SAY THERE WASNT. THENN THEY DOUBLE CHARGED MY CARD LIKE TRYING TO SCAM ME LIKE WHAT??? AND THENNNN THEY YELLED AT ME THAT I WAS TRYING TO SCAM THEM LIKE WHAT????

I placed a “Choose Two” order through the McAlister’s app and went through the drive-thru. I received my tea and food quickly. However, this location often forgets my pickle spear, even when I make sure to request it in the app.
This time, I decided to check my order before pulling away and noticed the pickle was missing again. I politely asked the team member at the window, and she told me that in the future, I should pull forward, check my food, and then let them know if anything is missing and they would bring it out.
I wasn’t aware of that policy, since many places actually prefer that you check your order at the window so they can fix any issues right away. It would be helpful if McAlister’s could clarify this process either in the app or with signage at the drive-thru window. Still, the staff was polite, and my food was fresh and ready quickly.
