Went there the other day to pick up a few pizzas for my wife and I. I was greeted and placed my order quickly. The service was great. There was a wait as they were backed up with online orders and several people had already order in front of me. There was one crew member, and no I did not get his name, who apologized for the delay and asked if I wanted a drink while I waited. I took him up on his offer. As I waited he kept me updated on my order and kept apologizing for my delay....

The Manager was conducting some sort of interview or meeting over speaker phone full blast in the middle of the restaurant. The pizza is good and the staff is decent. Being in Terrell it does attract a rather loud and uncivilized crowd.

Food was incredible! Our person who helped us seemed to be in a big hurry though, and rushed us through our order. We knew what we wanted but there was no level of customer service there. I did ask his name and he told me it was Josh. He also seemed to have a bad attitude with his coworkers, which kind of killed my vibe. Ive been here before and had great service so I'm not sure what is going on now.
