Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Took 45 mins for 2 alfredo pastas. Do not understand it i worked for Darden before and all the sauce and pastas are already frozen all you have to is heat them up.

The food was to be expected at Olive Garden. The service fast and waitress kind. However this location is pretty dirty - it just looked dirty with trash on the entry way floor, finger prints / smudges on almost every glass surface, and the table had food stuck on it. Just bleh on this location.

Lunch portions are now kiddy size at this location. Definitely not worth $10-$12 per meal.

The waitress Amy is on top of her game.Checked on us and all the food served was hot. We ate at Mesquite location last month and the soup was cold .Never was hot.But this location served it hot.Ask for Amy if you want excellent service.

We had an amazing server (Allison M) our food was fast/hot/perfect! Let me mentioned we didn't even have to ask for a refill because she was on it! This was one of our most pleasant experience at Olive Garden.

Probably 3rd time here at the location for Olive Garden. Loved the service really nice young lady here at Olive Garden served our table. I ordered Mango sweet tea and Sangria for drinks. For food, I ordered The Tour Of Italy it was so delicious it made my mouth water. I also ordered a Chicken & gnocchi loved it! Thank you for the good service even though the light went off because of the Lightning 😊 loved it.

We had take out though we have dined in numerous times. The food tasted bland, I had to add flavor, and flavor and more flavor. It's usually better maybe just a bad cook day.

Soup salad and breadsticks were so fresh!

This location is nose diving. Horrible service, literally begged for more bread and only received 3 total bread sticks for 2 people with 1 order being endless soup, salad, and bread sticks! Finally, I found a server to refill my soup 1 time after the other person was already finished with their meal. Apparently the plan is to ration everything and rip people off. Oh yeah, not that I care, but apparently they don't do the little mints anymore either. Luckily there are several other restaurants near by that I will be patronizing.

I don't like it

We wanted to go to another restaurant, but the wait time was too long. My daughter suggested Olive Garden. We waited about 5 minutes! The waiter was very attentive. The food was delicious. The restaurant manager came and checked on the customers periodically as well. Great food, excellent service. We'll be back!

Seems things have changed. Quality of the food, service, and atmosphere. It okay, but so is McDonalds sometimes. Olive has become run of the mill and will no longer be able to compete. This used to be the place to go.
