On 9/14 order 65018 8pm , I placed a carry-out order over the phone totaling $73.00. The server who assisted me demonstrated excellent customer service. However, the quality of the food we received was unacceptable.
Our order included the salmon meal, steak meal, and Tour of Italy. Unfortunately, each item had significant issues:
• The Tour of Italy was cold, likely due to sitting out while the rest of the order was prepared.
• The salmon was overcooked, dry, and tough—bordering on burnt. I generally enjoy blackened salmon, but this preparation was not edible.
• The steak, ordered medium, arrived undercooked and cold in the center, rendering it unsafe to eat.
• The chicken and gnocchi soup contained oversized chunks of celery that made it unpleasant.

We have ordered from this location many times without incident, but this experience was highly disappointing. Spending $73.00 for food that was cold, overcooked, undercooked, and overall unsafe to consume even if it’s a late order does not meet the standards expected of your establishment

I am requesting this matter be addressed appropriately, as this experience does not reflect the quality or consistency we have previously received.

Besides it being so warm and feeling muggy in the restaurant, food and service was very nice. Our server Hayley was awesome. She's the best we've had at this location. We never had to wave her down for refills! She was on point. Will be requesting her from now on.

We usually have great food and service here, but our last visit went horribly. Took long for server to take our order, and would forget when we would ask for things. Food was bleh too, even the breadsticks, usually isnt. Not sure what happened.

Went here for a work lunch and was pleasantly surprised with how good everything was! I haven't eaten Olive Garden in a long time because their breadsticks no matter the location were stale. The breadsticks at this location was so warm and perfect! Service was wonderful and will be going back again!

Parking is difficult when it's busy. But, the food and the staff make up for having to wait.

It is Olive garden you know what you're going to get when you get there

Family and I came to this location for a birthday dinner. Our waitress was not very welcoming from the start, but we decided to give her the benefit of the doubt.
Ordered drinks that were not given to us unless we asked again for them 20 mins later. The restaurant was not very busy at the time. Waitress, I believe her name Kaylee or something like that, became argumentative when she brought the wrong style of drinks as well.
It was just a very uncomfortable experience and a shame since we love going to Olive Garden for special days.
