All them players were playing Uno at a table and said, “Sorry guys, we’re closed.” If you’re closed, it is the company’s responsibility to update the hours of operation. We have family in town that hasn’t had Schlotzky’s in years. We drove over 20 miles from home to have it. Will not be back here.

I gave a one star for the food because my husband's turkey bacon club gave him a bad case of food poisoning. I had the California chicken flatbread which had bacon on it. I am also feeling sick but not nearly as bad as he is. We believe it was the bacon that caused it. It's very scary to think that if I had eaten his sandwich instead, because I am in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy, that could have potentially resulted in the loss of our baby. We know it was from this food because all we had was breakfast yesterday morning and then this for lunch/dinner. My husband woke up this morning with vomiting, diarrhea, a bad headache and body aches. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly but what does that matter if it makes us sick as dogs?

This is the best schlotzskys!!! The gluten free bread is so good and they make sure to put plenty of ingredients on the sandwich, unlike Mt.Pleasant that gives u basically bread.

Ordered a French Dip to go, got home no dip. Sandwich was dry and tasted like cardboard. Called the number in the receipt and it's the wrong number. Had to Google the number

Being the only person in one and waiting 20 minutes for one sandwich is wild
We ate there Sun Dec 22nd for lunch. The girl working couldn't have had a worse attitude. But we look past that and then the food was awful. The bread seemed dry and the mac n cheese was probably the worst I've ever had. We love Schlotskys & have for 20+ years but this left a lot to be desired!

I want to point out that there’s a real need for training to encourage and EMPOWER employees.
Right now, the men’s restroom is not in great shape. It’s messy and unsanitary, with some BROKEN features that need attention. The door handle and lock aren't working correctly, making it hard to close or lock the door, which affects the functionality of the men's bathroom. The faucet and soap dispenser are also broken, raising concerns about how male employees can wash their hands.
It’s disappointing that a customer has to bring this up. These problems have been around for a while, so it’s concerning that management has not taken the initiative to handle the necessary repairs.
Leadership should prioritize providing training that allows employees to speak up when they notice issues. I’m confident that improvements can be made. I look forward to hearing about the repairs for the men’s restroom and how staff will be EMPOWERED to raise concerns.
