This location is terrible... Waited half an hour for my food when it was very slow. No one answering the red button either and rude when I ended up walking up to talk to someone. I normally don't review places but this was a horrible experience...

Great customer service and great experience
I just called into the store because I waited for 15 minutes trying to order food. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and not freindly and she hung up on me. You just need to close this place down if you are hanging up on customers. The owner will not get any business like this ,and I'm going to look into Soncics headquarters.

I was accused of not paying for my food. When informed that their system sometimes doesn’t print out a receipt or register the payment, I informed the lady that’s not my problem and showed her my bank account statement showing where I paid for the food. This employee then told me to give the food back and I informed them I am not giving you the food back because I have already paid for it. You can send the manager out to my truck. The employee informed me. I am the manager and never returned after storming off. A simple Google search of this location shows numerous complaints of them, double charging and charging you after you’ve left for another order. Even after seeing the debit charge on my account for the exact amount of my receipt, they still were trying to give me a hard time.

My grandson had an interview scheduled during the day while school was in place, we took him out to go to the interview only to be told when we got there that the manager had a family emergency and that it would have to be rescheduled. We rescheduled for 5 pm another day for up there waited 15 mins for them to say sorry we are too busy to interview you. Very disappointed in management and how this place conducts business. I'm scared to know how well you take care of the employees there. I won't be eating at this place at all. You seriously need to work on your management skills

Arrived and order online 6 drinks and a small order of tater tots at 11:26 no other cars there , i actually thought it was closed as I never camed this late but I seen the employees cars on the back and them inside well it was 11:42 and we where barely getting our order and realized we missed a drink we tried to tell the lady who brought our order out but how fast she turned around we could get her attention we had to call to get them ti bring our missed drink .the lady looked annoyed .sorry not our fault .it should not take no almost 30 minutes for 3 drinks 5 fountain sodas and 1 slushie and tater tots but yet they had time to go outside and bring their cars to the side while we sat and watch than went and work on my order

Constantly losing my order 🤬...worst burger in the country🤢..i don't know how they stay in business..I order and everyone around me who pulled in after me.. gets their food first and I have to take a nap before I get my food🤬😡ðŸ˜
Every time I have come to this Sonic I get horrible service it takes them forever to complete a order and the food and drinks are not even made right I don't know why j keep coming here expecting different results when each time I'm disappointed
