Baristas didn't greet us, nor acknowledge me and my mother standing at the register. I was happy to wait cause they looked...somehwat busy?... But a, "hello, we will be right with you" goes a long way. We felt like we were a hindrance to them when all we wanted to do was give them our money...

I was in the drive through line for 10 minutes. And late to work even though I made a mobile order and left early. That is unbelievable! Drive through should be fast, not us watching you make our drink.

I feel really bad leaving this review because it’s Christmas. I understand not wanting to work on the holidays and I’m sorry that I came in and inconvenienced the staff by ordering 10 mins before they closed on Christmas, but I left a 20 dollar tip for 2 grande drinks because I appreciate the fact that they’re working on Christmas. As soon as I walked in a guy with curly hair and a full on beard with name “ justus” on his apron looked up, shook his head, and rolled his eyes at me for coming in to order. I literally still left them a 20 dollar tip. That was so embarrassing, and uncalled for. Truly disappointed.
My iced coffee with 2 shots and cream was mostly cream. I get this exact drink all the time, and this was by far the worst.

I’ve stopped here a few times and have had great service and good drinks. The cashier today was very nice and friendly, she asked me how my day was going so far and it broke me from being zoned out. It made my day. The food is good as well, although I’ve purchased this wrap many times in the past at other locations and it wasn’t as toasty or full of ingredients as I’ve had it everywhere else. Nonetheless it was very good, just find it odd that there’s stark differences in their menu items. I know these are frozen so not much that the team there could do.

Literally told them twice I wanted 2 Ventis and I get a venti and a grande. Refused to give receipt, employees are extremely rude. Food that was ordered was subpar and cold. Handed coffee to me and spilled it on my hand when they handed it to me. Did not even care. Absolutely horrendous! Coffee tastes like it was made 2 days ago.
I will never order another thing from Starbucks. Every time the order’s messed up, employees are always rude.
