I usually don't ever do reviews but this rlly made my day. As soon as I walked in everyone greeted me and I was helped by Maxxy and from the moment I walked up she was so nice and helpful it rlly felt genuine and not just the normal customer service script you get wherever you go she was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable(get a blonde vanilla latte with 2 pumps of white mocha...you won't regret it lol its her recommendation) that kind of energy is so rare nowadays you could rlly tell she cares about her job and most importantly the customer lol she was just rlly sweet yk if she's working you're in good hands

Starbucks while ludicrously pricey for its drinks still fuels my addiction to caffeine. The 2 Terrell locations are both very efficient and friendly (which is why coming to TX from NY - the service is noticeably above average)!

This amount of ice is ridiculous. I basically paid $7.21 for ice , which I didn’t ask for the extra ice ! First time coming to this location & will never be back here again .

Not sure what's going on with Starbucks but the last few visits, including today's, the coffee was not good (sour tasting) and I have to doctor it up myself just to not waste it. On a recent trip to TX, I visited the same location and ordered the same exact beverage 3 different days and it tasted different each time (I'm literally ordering blonde drip coffee with cream & sugar). Blonde should not be this sour/bitter.

I regularly brew Starbucks at home and it doesn't have the same bitter/sour taste that I get in-store. What's going on?

This is the Best Starbucks! The employees all have great personalities, always so friendly the drinks are always on point, and as a regular customer, they know you as a person and what you order and like. I highly recommend this Starbucks to all families, friends and all just passing through.

Feeling a little cheated this morning. I always stop by Starbucks on my way to work so i can have a drink to sip on for the morning time.

All Starbucks suck, the coffee is burned, the workers are snobby, and its extremely overpriced.
Tim Hortons coffee is far superior and realistically priced.
