I was around the area and stopped here to work and have some coffee. Music was too loud to be on phone or on any meeting, I asked person at register if it can be turned down just a tap bit, she said that she will check because they been having issues with it. Never actually saw her check, or even say hey I am not able to, something! Anyways not be stopping here any time soon. Just a suggestion keep music low, like all other locations. Other than that it was pleasant

Asked for no ice in our shaken expresso and was told they couldn’t do this. Explained we have been going other places for months now doing this and was told the manager, said they could not do this. Went down the road and BOOM. We got our shaken expresso with no ice! We understand it may not be exactly the same but why deny us what we know we want.

Walked in for tea and it seems drive-thru customers get priority over walked-in customers. I got my tea after 20 mins while drive thru customers kept moving and there were customer ahead of me still waiting their drinks. There were 6 employees but only two were making drinks and one taking order. Ordered grande honey citrus mint tea but they gave it in venti size. The tea tasted like water. I appreciate the apologetic gesture but it didn’t meet my expectation of my fav tea.
