Went in for a sandwich only to be told there was no bread ready and it would take 30 mins to prep more. I dont understand why bread was not prepped when they seen they were running out. I dont understand how these establishments are managed so poorly.

Ordered with several day notice for a Church event...Ordered for 30 sandwhiches...
Arrived on time..
10 sandwhiches short...was told she did Not take order...practically it is what it is...
I did receive a call back apologizing...

I haven't been going to subway for very long. But when I met Ann, it gave me a whole new look at Subway. I was going at least twice a week just to see her. Her bubbly personality and willingness to take care of customers is top notch. Unfortunately I watched her get belittled by another employee (Noah)that was clearly way younger than her. The total lack of respect was pure heartbreaking. She took pride in her work. She was always doing something, usually cleaning something. Customers always came first. She is an absolute joy to be around.
I went out of town for a week and I came back and the store was not clean like it used to be and Ann, to my understanding, quit. Well I didn't want to believe it so I waited a couple weeks and I went back and yeah she did quit. I really don't blame her, but Subway....... you are missing out on a amazing employee! It is definitely your loss by her quitting.

STGO Transport

The workers are very rude! They serve in a bad way

And the attitude of a chubby girl with dyed blonde hair treated us horribly!

If I could give 0stars I would, the girl working the counter overcharged us, just stared at us the entire time like she didn’t understand what we were asking & was overall very rude.

Ordered the 6.99 12 inch × 2 deal
Specially menu. Look ill take it when I can get it but don't skimp on all meat ingredients. Should be the same as advertised. Had Ultimate BMT which was not what i received. I received 8 thin slices of meat NO ham over my 12 inch. Was told atleast 18 slices. I don't have time going back to this Subway but be aware of what they do, including indictments.
