Food was not good this time, the lady working the drive through couldn’t have been less friendly!!! Asked if we wanted hot sauce, we said yes and I guess she didn’t care !!! Given her general attitude I am surprised we got what we ordered even though I could have done without it!!! I don’t recommend stopping at this one for a long time. We travel through on our way to my wife’s parents regularly and have been here several occasions but won’t be back!!! Just ridiculous!!!

Pulled up to the drive-thru was told to hang on a minute literally 9 and 1/2 minutes later I said can someone take my order and I was screamed at and told you were asked to wait a minute I'll be with you shortly! I get every place of shorthanded but to already have sitting 9 and 1/2 minutes then to get screamed at I don't think so I just drove off. Seems to be the issue here lately every time I try to go get me a taco burger The people with this location in Terrell or just extremely rude!! Instead of driving 20 minutes to get to that location I'll drive 20 minutes east and go to Taco casa from now on..

Ordered a taco salad and 3 tacos. The lettuce on the taco salad was old and brown on the edges. The meat has no flavor anymore. Same with the tacos. My husband went to restroom to find it grossly filthy. Urine all over toilet and floor. The eating area had dirty tables and floor. Had an employee wiping table with dirty rag. Used to be my favorite taco place. Will not eat there anymore.

This is an especially well run Taco Bueno. The fellow at drive thru window at about 7pm was polite and they got my order right & quick. I tried the new Frito pie & it's awesome. Plenty of fritos, chili, cheese & sour cream. They weren't chinchy with the ingredients.
