This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup and arrived five minutes after the scheduled time. The car ahead of me sat at the speaker for nearly 10 minutes without being greeted, and when it was finally my turn, I wasn’t greeted either — just told what items weren’t available, with zero effort to communicate about my order.
After waiting almost 20 minutes past my pickup time, I went inside to ask about my food. The two employees working were giggling in the back, messing around, and clearly not taking their jobs seriously. When I asked about my order, they acted confused and unbothered, and it genuinely felt like they were laughing at me for being frustrated.
It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. These employees were more focused on goofing off with each other than doing their jobs or treating customers with basic courtesy. Management seriously needs to address their behavior, because it made the entire store feel lazy, unorganized, and careless.

It breaks my heart to write this cuz I love Taco Cabana but this specific location is the worst. The employees clearly did not want to be there or provide any sort of customer service, good or bad. They don’t acknowledge or look at you when you arrive. They are not even out front to take your order. We stood there for 5 minutes waiting until I yelled hello and someone came out. Still no friendly greeting, just “here or to go”. The dining area was filthy. Food all over the tables and floors. The salsa bar was a wreck with barely any salsa in it. We waited for our food for 15 minutes before I walked to the kitchen and asked if our food was ready. By the employees reaction you would have thought I asked for their first born. 10 minutes after that wonderful encounter I asked to speak to the manager, who was not there. Shocker! We asked for a refund and like magic our food appeared. It was too late. The damage was done. The lady that gave us our refund said nothing while processing it. No sorry for the bad service. No sorry you didn’t get your food. No sorry we wasted 30 minutes of your life that you will never get back. Nothing! Never even looked as us. As we were headed out the door I told the 3 customers going in that they should go somewhere else. They did. I used to stop there a couple times a month for tacos coming back from the airport. Never again

The appetizers were portioned well.
Pulled up and began to order and right away I was met with some sort or attitude in the drive thru from what appeared to be teenager who just didn't want to be there at all. This location is so disappointing and used to be really good. Maybe mom or dad left the house, and the kids think it's some kind of game.......won't be back.
Tacos are very good but quite expensive. 20 mid-sized tacos were almost $100.

Warning do not go, took over 45min to get food, no one cared. You need a code to go to the restroom. Just an absolute horrible experience

9:30 AM and the place was unclean and disgusting. The salsa bar was a mess. The floor was nasty. We notice the dirty windows and the trashy parking lot as soon as we pulled into the parking lot! We didn’t stay to order once we saw the inside.

I should have read the reviews before visiting and skipped this place. The person taking the order was rude. Ordered two Platters and both looked like they just came out of the microwave. The enchiladas were rock hard and the beans had hard pieces in them. Will definitely not be back.

Ordered over app. Arrived 15 minutes after ordering but food was not ready for another 10- 15 minutes. Seems they are short handed so I don't blame the employees. Either not enough employees scheduled or they just need to hire more help. The employees that were there were seemed to be working hard and were courteous and friendly. They just need more help. My daughter has dairy and gluten allergies but she can eat the flautas. They are very good!

Dirty and gross inside. Bad service
This place was dirty and the staff didn’t care. There were no fresh salsas available and nobody cared. The door from patio to the restaurant was locked and when someone put a rock in it to get back in the building the staff had enough time to remove it so we couldn’t get back in. The sign above the door states it needs to be unlocked! The ground beef burrito was missing most of the meat. Never again!

Food is good but bad service no one manning the front counter so it's a long wate just to make your order and then you need to check your order to make sure it is Wright probably not. if there is a version of bar rescue for restaurants they need it statt.
Average experience. Nothing remarkable or outstanding.
