Ordered over app. Arrived 15 minutes after ordering but food was not ready for another 10- 15 minutes. Seems they are short handed so I don't blame the employees. Either not enough employees scheduled or they just need to hire more help. The employees that were there were seemed to be working hard and were courteous and friendly. They just need more help. My daughter has dairy and gluten allergies but she can eat the flautas. They are very good!

I guess that since my previous evaluation of Taco Cabana, shellfish is no longer on their menu, nor any other type of fried seafood. Hope this means that only tortilla chips, Taco shells, and taquitos are fried in the same deep fryer. At least I cannot tell if any seafood taste is in their fried products, which are, I think, are corn tortilla based, except for their french fries. Very nice staff and manager on duty during this visit, the first in a few years. Still love their...
