We waited a while for a table and we’re looking forward to a good steak. We were very disappointed in the steaks. They were not as good as usual. Mine was so full of fat, 3-4 oz I couldn’t eat. I told the manager that was on duty. Her concern wasn’t genuine so I just let it go. Just don’t know if I’ll be back for a while. Waitress was pretty good.
Server was great, food was good but the two gentlemen who brought our food were rude and condescending. I'm over 60, I know what medium rare is. I heard the order, my sister asked for a loaded baked potato but didn't get it. They just wanted to argue. Wife didn't get all of her meal but we decided by that time why bother with these two. As I said, our actual server was great. No idea why these two were inserted into the customer service process with their attitude....
The waiter named Pat was super nice that he literally gave me a medium rare steak that I asked for even if my oldest brother said no but he still gave me it he madd me cried happy in Valentine's day too I just can't believe that he should be Assistant Manager but besides that the food is delicious, short line, The staff is super nice, the atmosphere/decorations are FANTASTIC woohoo Awesome!!!!! Shoutout to Pat
