Burgers were great. Cheese Steak was really tasty. The Fries and the onion rings were really good. It is a little ways out. I wish there was seating out front to look over the pond while you wait for the food to be cooked. The back outdoor seating area was picnic tables so not very comfortable but the natural surroundings made for a cool vibe. AND because not everyone has found it yet we had the place to ourselves!

1000/10 🙂 just randomly found this place on google maps looking for a bite to eat after picking up my car and I did not expect to find such a great place. Hideaway Burger, amazing. Onion rings, best I’ve ever had. Fries, so yummy. And the view was so beautiful. Can’t wait to come back and try the disc course too. This place is for sure a “must-try” and “must-see”

We were definitely blown away by the scenery and the country feel!
We had the hideaway burger and it was grilled to perfection and it paired perfect with the thin cut steak fries! (The in house jalapeño ranch 😋 🔥🔥🔥
We will definitely be back to try the chicken club and try our hand at some disc golf ⛳️
If you are at or near Terrell/Quinlan border this is a must stop!

This place holds up their name! It's in the middle of nowhere, yet really close to home. We got two burgers, fries and a really good rootbeer. The food was excellent. The people were friendly and attentive. They also have a disc golf course and they even had marksman baskets! Definitely recommend and will be returning!
Dietary restrictions: I have a dairy allergy. They double checked the Buns ingredients. They are DF.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Hideaway! The burgers are hands down the best I've had in ages—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The friendly staff adds to the charm, making you feel right at home in this delightful hidden gem. Our girls had a blast playing in the back while we waited for our food, which was a great bonus. Even if you're just stopping by for a quick bite Hideaway is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
