The wait is ridiculous ? waited around 45 min in a 4 car line and couldn't back up because there was no place to go around the other cars. Very disappointed ?

Will never go back owner is very rude!!! It was your attitude that was rude not just being told no I’ve been coming here for years and will never go back I clearly see from other reviews I’m not the only one with issues with this establishment.

Didnt get to try it...due to my over size truck and trailer thought we would try it out since we dont live here we live 6 hrs away n got told they cant serve us only people in vehicles and there wasnt any customers at the time to knock out a quick order

Hardly any flavor. Once you get past the top of the cup, it's only ice no flavor. I asked for more flavor and they told me no. Last time ever coming here. Amateur hour here

They pay attention to who comes in the door and no matter the department, I've always been serviced quickly and with a smile.I love this location and their workers work their butts off and do a great job. Keep up the great work ladies and gents!!!!!
We moved to Terrell a few years ago, and quickly discovered that Tiger Ice was the place to be! The picnic tables out front are a great place to hang out and make new friends, and the drive through is fast and great if you want to stay in your AC. It's also right near the park so it's great to take out there. I cannot recommend the homemade flavors enough either, they make their own syrups and it makes a difference. We ordered on the app for the first time yesterday and it went really smoothly. The app really helps you see how many options they have too, I never knew I could order EXTRA sour spray! Game changer.They also tend to show up at cool things around town and are always helpful and friendly, and the stand is usually run by the owners! It's clear they take a lot of pride in their product and their community and we are lucky to have them in our town! My family will drive to other places for quality if we need to, but we are lucky to have these guys in our backyard!

I wish I had asked the name of the employee that waited on us. She was so adorable. She had us taste a few that I would have never picked. They were amazing! I hope she is there next time we visit.

Drive through convenience in the heart of Terrell with a million flavor combinations and service smiles every time. TI is always available for special occasions and continues to be a central part of the community. I cannot imagine Terrell without Tiger Ice!

One of the best places in Terrell…always a huge variety of shaved ice creations even down to the pup cups. Quality is always top notch, and they are always coming up with new and exciting creations. They also have an app and a rewards program. Try it…you’ll be glad you did !!

update:I've now been here 3x and I won't go anywhere else. the customer service, loyalty program, app, hours, variety, quality and overall great taste can't be beat. my husband says it's the best tigers blood snow cone he's has and I think it's because they make their own syrupinitial review:first trip and dang it's amazing! really nice and personable workers. the flavors were good and options plentiful. I'll be going through the list and try each one
