I was really looking forward to trying this tortillería, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The food lacked flavor, and the barbacoa they advertised wasn’t authentic barbacoa from a cow head, which was misleading. The cashier was very short with me and not friendly, when I asked if they used butter or oil on the grill (since I can’t have dairy), she just said, “I don’t know,” despite the kitchen being only a few feet away. She didn’t even bother to ask the cook.
I ended up ordering a tostada, but the shell was old and soggy, completely saturated with oil, which made it unappetizing. Overall, between the poor customer service, bland food, and low-quality tostada, I can’t recommend this place. Hopefully they improve both their food preparation and customer service in the future.

I am so mad at myself for not stopping in sooner. The tacos were delicious! The girl running the register was named Daniella, and she was a sweetheart. She patiently answered all my questions. The food was nice and hot and came out quickly. I will be back with the rest of my family as soon as possible.

This place is very inconsistent, gave them benefit of a doubt. Never again. Always forgets stuff when picking up a order, gave them multiple chances. I call and someone answers and hangs up

I ordered birria tacos and they forget to pack the dipping sauce for tacos tried calling because this was a pick up order and did not realize till I was home and got a busy signal very disappointing.
