We ordered 3 meals for approx. $39. The fries were stale and the burgers were cold. Seemed as if the burgers were thrown together, piles of pickles, a plethora of onions that we didn’t ask for and a whole glob of mustard. Sloppy sloppy sloppy! I’m severely disappointed, I will not be returning.. 🤢

Now I know y’all have got to be lying. It’s one thing to get cold stale black coffee at 4 AM in the morning on my way to work but now this. I even placed my order online for pick up not one car was in line when I arrived and still waited 10 minutes because they didn’t see the order placed 20 minutes ago just to get this. Do better, please. I really wish more places were open at 4AM other than Whataburger on this side of town because these employees clearly don’t care about their jobs.

I ordered a Monterey Burger and the lady said, "is that it," i said no my wife wants a number 1 with only cheese and mustard. The lady said, "Okay, drive forward." I was confused but drove up.
They gave me a Monterey burger with only cheese. And then my wife said no, we didn't order that and corrected her, but the lady was on something and was incoherent. She ended up giving us a number 1 with only mustard and no cheese, and we just drove away, thankful we got anything at all.
I'm not sure what was going on with the lady. I feel bad maybe she was on some hard medications for something but the food was terrible for the price.
