SLOW. If you’re in a hurry or just want to not be in the drive thru for 20+ minutes DO NOT STOP HERE. Consistently this has been my experience & it’s annoying. This particular visit I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes, I get out to go inside thinking my order should be finished, but to my surprise it isn’t. Waited another 10 minutes just to receives cold food. RIDICULOUS.

This is my favorite location usually! Asked for extra onions. Had less than 5. Paid for grilled jalapeños; not grilled; onion rings were crumbs; fries cold; replacement fries salted to the max. Burger was lukewarm but tasty The cashier was nice & patient

It’s quickly turning into the quality of every other Whataburger. I sat in line for 15 minutes at the drive-through and nobody answered the intercom. I had six cards behind me. I drove to the window and they said they were having issues, instead of sending somebody out to take orders they just had seven cars sitting in line. I didn’t dare place an order in fear of them, spitting, putting pubic hairs, or anything else in my food. Incompetent starts at the top. At this location just go to Buckys and get yourself a good brisket burger💪💪

Grabbed a kids meal on the way home. Opened the bag to steal the parent tax french fry or 2 and grabbed cold, hard french fries. We had pulled away from the window just a moment before .... My kiddo said the burger was cold and ended up eating a PB&J. If its gonna take 20 minutes for me to get thru the line in your drive thru, please dont make my food and leave it sitting for 20 minutes to get cold. Thats just common sense.

Went for the 75 cent whataburger on the 75 year day. Wonderful expierence even though they had over 50 orders including mine i was in and out 20 mins done food was good place was clean always enjoyable. Look forward to our next outing at whataburger still holding up that reputation best place to get a burger.
