West Away Bakery House never disappoints! Not only does she make some of the most beautiful cookies and desserts, but they truly taste just as amazing as they look — which is rare and so appreciated.
For Thanksgiving, she offered the cutest holiday specials that our whole family loved. One was a build-your-own turkey cookie kit, where she pre-cut the cookie pieces and you put them together yourself. It was adorable, creative, and such a fun activity.
She also created turkey cookies with edible paint, and these were a huge hit with the kids! They stayed busy at the Thanksgiving table painting their cookies, having fun, and then getting to eat their creations afterward. It was the perfect mix of entertainment, creativity, and sweetness.
Her creativity is so fun, but what makes her stand out even more is that her treats don’t just look good — they’re absolutely delicious.

Steals from people and lies about competing businesses to try and get them shut down. Most of the reviews on here are by family and friends. This little bakery is a hidden gem! The owner and staff are so friendly, it feels like stepping back in time. We couldn't pass up the quirky sandwich board - fried bologna and pimento cheese? Yes, please! Both were surprisingly tasty. But the real treat was the whoopie pies. Oh, those whoopie pies!

Stopped in for the first time because of a very serious chocolate craving. My first time in and it smelled HEAVENLY so I knew I made the right decision. The owner came out from the back and helped me while decided on a MASSIVE brownie that looked incredible. Upon sharing our love of chocolate she told me she just made some chocolate sugar cookies and then went into the back and got me one as a free treat - I could have cried. And it was so incredible, as is the brownie! Me and the growing baby inside me who demanded the chocolate fix are more than satisfied!

I love this bakehouse! Their food and coffee is so fresh and yummy! My favorite is their Roast Beef Sandwich with horseradish aioli. They make yummy shakes and pumpkin chocolate chip muffins (excuse me while I drool) .

I go for the sweets but they have plenty of other options as well, give it a go.
From the moment of contact it was an amazing experience(: We ordered a cake for an employees departure party and it was phenomenal! Great quality and taste! The customer care was also top tier! Our employees have used them personally as well following our first encounter. I personally have not tried there sandwiches and things but my co-workers have and rave about them! I will be trying them tomorrow for the first time.
