Giving it all Fives and here is why, store was clean including windows, brought my order to table instead of calling my name, lunch was six wings, fries and drink for 12.89 good value today, food was good and served hot, good size order of fries and thanked me when leaving! (Good employees)

Went to pick up an order for a customer during doordash and of course as usual the food is never ready on time and when I voice my opinion about that they took even longer and when the girl went to make the drink for the customers order she took as long as she possibly could and I asked her why and she started laughing and I told her it wasn't funny and I asked the manager what her name was he told me it was none of my business I asked him for his name and I couldn't get anywhere with him so I will be calling corporate office next to file a complaint.

This particular wing stop location Is our favorite in the area. The one on 548 is highly difficult to get to and does not have anywhere to sit and sometimes lacks seasoning. The one on 80 behind O'Reilly's is almost a nightmare to go to and the food is never seasoned well, the wait is long and the service is not great. Anyhow, THIS location has ample places to sit, the service is great, the food is always hot, properly seasoned and tasty. We never seem to have a very long wait! Keep doing what you're doing Terrell Wingstop! We love it!

Daniel did not display empathy or respect during our communication. Door Dash picks up what's in the bag, which means your location missed it. Your job is to make it right. Why am I not getting ranch? Go to a different location because Daniel doesn't care!

This location is ran very poorly! Staff aren’t pleasant, eating wings while cooking, & no syrup in their soda machines .. Their wings are dry and they always get the orders incorrectly!
