This particular wing stop location Is our favorite in the area. The one on 548 is highly difficult to get to and does not have anywhere to sit and sometimes lacks seasoning. The one on 80 behind O'Reilly's is almost a nightmare to go to and the food is never seasoned well, the wait is long and the service is not great. Anyhow, THIS location has ample places to sit, the service is great, the food is always hot, properly seasoned and tasty. We never seem to have a very long wait! Keep doing what you're doing Terrell Wingstop! We love it!

Manager Daniel Lopez @ Terrell, TX did not wish to accept my complaint regarding the missing ranch that I paid for today. Not sure if that is his real name. wants wings without a ranch? Daniel did not display empathy or respect during our communication. Door Dash picks up what's in the bag, which means your location missed it. Your job is to make it right. Why am I not getting ranch? Go to a different location because Daniel doesn't care!

This location is ran very poorly! Staff aren’t pleasant, eating wings while cooking, & no syrup in their soda machines .. Their wings are dry and they always get the orders incorrectly!

Paid over 60 food wasnt right stay 40 min away from location was told i can bring food back next day or get a credit of 11.99 cashier already let me know he was a cook on the strength of that i felt the like they could of least offer half money bck i ate like 4 pieces and a few fries there was no sauce on the wings high wouldnt recommed this location

This is a smaller location and limited seating, we always get take out when we order, I wish they offered thighs like the larger locations.
I went to wing stop Sept 24,2024 the wings was over cooked and so dry it didn't really have any sauce on them and when I placed my order I told the lady to tell them not to cook them hard and put alot sauce on them. When I got my food it was nothing like I had told the lady this my second time going there to get something to eat same thing I definitely want be going back that way a waste of money I spend $28.

horrible service over the phone they already owe food from last time doordash didn't deliver my food and this time door dash took my food and just didn't deliver it after over 1 hour of waiting for it ! all they said we will Give you the return in a few days and to replace my order and wait. Dario trash of a manager that's not a manager when you don't find quick solutions for your customer. I go way back knowing one of the founders Rex heckleman and Roney ad well and they would never stand for this.
