The ad on TV of the deep fried turkey sandwich is what brought me to Arby's. I was excited & the in-store ad was great looking. However, my sandwich had a very small piece of meat that did not even cover the bun....so small I could not even taste it. The meat had an edge of fat all the way around that I removed which left it even smaller. The bun was not warm....lettuce and tomato were fine. I was extremely disappointed and felt the advertising was really misleading.

The staff is absolutely amazing with great customer service and a positive, welcoming atmosphere. The food is a good size, hot, and fresh, coming out fast and just as ordered. It is always a good place to get a sandwich. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and a working drink machine. This keeps customers coming back.
